Well i made it and it turned out to be great, but the only problem i had was that some of the pizza mc puff split up while frying. What steps to take to avoid splitting up of the mcpuff? Also i made the cream cheese at home overall the recipe was very good and yummy.

The forks are to be pressed at the wet edges deep enough for the dough to hold but not get cut. And for the score

Aap edges pe pani lagake cover karo toh fir spilt nhi hoga
you can wet the edges before joining them

Isn't preheating the oil on medium heat for 10 minutes too long? Could you please clarify. Will shorter time of 5 mins work?
