I think when it comes to the doom demons they were created without fear, but then Doomguy came along and they LEARNED to fear him. The guy did spend literal eons killing them without stopping, it’s harder to believe they wouldn’t fear him

Don’t know if their fear of Doom Guy (thus creating a doom guy devil) would be stronger than Doom Guy (probably not but hard to scale for that). A potential win condition for Chainsaw Man not mentioned in this video is the possibility of the Chainsaw devil eating the "Doom demon" devil and just erasing them from existence. Albeit, it's not a permanent solution as the manga shows you make the Chainsaw devil barf out a concept back into existence but I believe it's still worth a thought.
This is against the Hell invasion so wouldnt a "Hell demon" be necessary? Even so, Hell is just a part of Davoth, so hed still survive until a "Davoth demon" shows up which might take a while since his existence took a while to be discovered iirc.
Honestly makes sense to me. If Denji erased concepts like “hell” “demon” etc. Dooms hell army wouldn’t be much anymore. However without a “Hell” to contain devils, it would mean devils and humans live side by side which is probably not that much better solution for the humans lol

You forgot about the beonder and galactice from marvel, neither of them have a sole because they are made of energy. Also the beonder destroyed everything except himself and spiderman, gave spiderman his powers for one microsecond and spiderman was able to recreate everything.

And for in game evidence, although I cannot back up the “demons run from him” claim there is a log in doom eternal explicitly stating that “The only thing they fear (demons) is him (doom slayer)”. If that’s the case, then it’s possible for a “Doom Slayer Devil” to spawn and match the strength of the demons based off of their fear alone.
I wish to say something specifically about your Chainsaw Man section. Controlling Devil: I might have misunderstood something, but wasn't the Famine Devil able to control a devil? Specifically controling a Primal Fear: Falling Devil like you mentioned? Doom Hell Portal: if i remember correctly, you mentioned in other videos that once a portal is opened by Doom Hell, it could never be closed, and if that is true, you could argue that it wouldnt matter if Doom Demons feel fear, because now they already have access to basically a infinite world of fresh fear to power up the Devils, all because of the portals never being able to close.
Well honestly Doom demons have to feel fear. They LITERALLY fear the doom slayer. By that fear alone, a devil representing the doom slayer would spawn into the world of Chainsawman and create an entity strong enough to fight the Doom demons. I will say tho, it’s unknown how limited devils are. We only know their power comes from every resident of earth and hell fearing them. It’s unknown whether other life influences it but if they do, devils could grow infinitely stronger.
Also with the control devil, (if we have Makima) she is able to control anything that she perceives as weaker than her. If that’s the case, she could easily control most of the fodder enemies. And if any of the demons are ever starving (don’t know if they do or not) Fami can take control of them.

So, a caveat that I think got past you on the God of War bit. Kratos would only be "incorruptible" after opening Pandora's Box. Which means that if the Doom Invasion happened at the beginning of the first Greek Game then Kratos is absolutely getting corrupted almost instantly. Another fact is that time travel absolutely exists in-universe, since Kratos uses it to bring in the Titans to attack Olympus at the end of the second game, so it is very possible for the Demons to corrupt The Sisters of Fate and use the Loom to attack and kill or corrupt Kratos in the past before he became immune to corruption. Kratos is also not very smart and is pretty impulsive most of the time, so even if they need to sacrifice trillions of demons to keep him busy and lure him into a trap, like they did with Doom Guy, they could deal with him. Because, while it doesn't seem that way, the demons are NOT IDIOTS. As for Chainsaw Man...I think it was in the Corrax Tablet or in one of the Slayer Testaments that specifically say that "he carved terror in the hearts of the fiends" or something like that, so it is very likely that they DO fear the Doom Slayer, so it is possible that there could be a Doom Slayer Devil...however, that entirely depends on if devils are created due to HUMAN fears or ALL fears. Because, if they are only created by the fears of humans, then it doesn't matter if all the infinite number of Demons fear Doomguy, there will never be a Doom Slayer Devil. However, if there manifested a Doom Slayer Devil...it would first need to manifest in Hell...and if it does manifest as they fear him, which is as an unstoppable and incorruptible force that GAINS POWER from those it slays and that HATES EVERYTHING to do with "the nine circles" and those that "prey upon the weak" as it is written in the Slayer Testaments...it is entirely likely that the Doom Slayer Devil would first begin killing every devil in Hell, growing stronger with every kill, before breaking out into the real world and beginning his slaughter there, killing every Demon and Devil within its sight.
Remember that Doomguy got all of his powers, from his insane strength to his ability to kill primevals FROM the power of Davoth himself. Meaning that Davoth would in fact have PHYSICAL strength and power levels that were at least on par with Doomguy. I'm not saying Davoth would outright defeat or kill Kratos but I think it has the potential to be a VERY close fight.
Actually in Valhalla DLC it was confirmed that Helios and his sister was not affected by the corruption, he was innocent, he was just doing his job when Kratos killed him. There were a few other gods not affected by the corruption too like the goddess of Love.
And since he's the last of his kind and death was told not to reap his soul, in theory he would be impossible to take down using even less conventional means.
Marvel has so many characters that I think people only think of certain famous characters and forget obscure beings who would be able to get the job done for example Franklin richard Eternity Knull Current wanda Go's loki Jean with phoniex I think there fit to overcome the doom invasion

The more I get into the GoW lore, the more Doomguy and Kratos seem to be the same person in a way. Uncorruptable and fighting beings that are above death. Gods and demons alike. A fight between those two would probably destroy multiple multiverses.
The way I see it there are three ways chainsaw man could beat the doom invasion, all of them requiring the assumption that devils would be immune to the corruption and two requiring a second assumption on top of that. The first wincon requires Denji to immediately go to his hero of hell form and along with all of the primal fears have him jump the newly formed Jakkadian Devil then eat it thereby erasing all demons from existence, however Davoth would remain and be extremely upset so this may not actually be a win. The second option is the one rouga presented in this with the required assumption that demons fear doomguy. Third is that the opening of a hell portal suddenly exposes the devils to all of the fear in the doom multiverse which would buff the primal fears and the newly created Jakkadian Devil (and likely many others) to the point that they could just fight Davoth themselves.
@dgagamingaesir in this scenario they're innundated with the fear of literally infinite sentient beings (almost all of which would fear the primal fears at least) given that it's fair to say they'd grow powerful enough to fight Davoth like Kratos or high tier Marvel characters could in this video.

CSM Devils would have to have a direct contest of will against Higher demons, Titan class demons, demonic gods, Archdemons, Dark lord level demons, Hell itself and Davoth. They wouldn't stand a chance against Archdemons, titans like the icon of sin/The great One, or dark lords, let alone Hell or Davoth. The Devils would literally be ants trying to win a tug of war against giants just to start gaining power from what the giants have been consuming for around a decillion years from uncountably infinite universes. So no...they would not be able to gain any power from fear in the doom verse, not would they gain remotely enough strength to deal with hell, let alone davoth. Remember that all of hell was caused by and is running purely by/on Davoths disembodied will. If we give davoth a physical vessel chainsaw man doesn't really stand a chance. Essence in doom is the backbone for everything in the verse. It is what space, time, matter and energy was formed from, it's how things like souls, will, emotions, concepts etc exist and work. All of this is an extension of Davoth...heck all of it was created by him without even consciously trying to. Contesting Davoth in his prime would be futile. If you want a proper breakdown of Doom's cosmology, I have a video on the same While I think some higher end Marvel characters could potentially beat the doom verse, kratos even with all of the powers in the entire franchise so far at once would only let him have a decent chance against hordes of lesser and heavy demons. Rouga took the most popular kratos scaling and used it without digging deep enough. For starters, the entire cosmology of God of war is that if a SINGLE universe, which all of the devs have stated several times. No character scales to this universe though, as the events of gow takes place on our earth, with the mythologies just being geographical regions shaped by the magic /power of the entities which was retold and exaggerated in the creation stories. The power of hope doesn't make kratos immune to corruption at all. We only see it aid kratos in resisting a very weak external power using that emotion. Pandora's box contains powers based on concepts, not the concepts itself. To take this to being immune to something powerful enough to effortlessly corrupt a universe is a no limits fallacy. I mean if concepts like war, invasion, demon, etc. are erased then that’s kinda it for Dooms demons. If argent is erased their goes most their power. If the concept of multiverse/portals are erased Doom could never invade in the first place. There are surprisingly a lot of ways Chainsaw verse could fight off an invasion.

In marvel, the chaos king could possibly fight them off, Galactus's soul is said to not be able to manipulate, or if you use the ultimate nullifier. The ultimate nullifier actually destroys the universe and rewrites it without whatever you want or don't want in it.
Doom 2016 it says in the lore that the demons were terrified of the doom slayer we do here about it in the first hell level in the first slayers testament where it is clear the demons gave him his name the doom slayer and it is said that durring an expedition into hell to retreave the slayer the closer they got to his tomb the more that the demons fought as if they didnt want them to reach it and when the hell preists entombed him it is said in the last slayers testament they put the mark of the slayer on the tomb as a warnning that the "terror within must never be freed" so they do in fact fear the doom slayer

Okay hear me out, if the demons corrupted hulk's mind, they couldn't corrupt his soul. The corruption would feed his rage, which would just make him angrier and angrier until his fury outpaces the corruption and he ends up turning on the demons as well. By my guesstimate they'd just end up making a world breaker hulk and would, best case scenario, close the door behind them before he follows them into hell.
You should do monsters/zombie like virus vs video. Tyranids, flood, Necro’s, metal virus, black wing. And for comics just use what’s canon..storylines have fought with other stories lines and so on. You can 100% get a rough estimate
I know your not the biggest Halo guy, but I think an interesting series to do would be “Can this universe survive a flood invasion” because honestly, the flood from Halo are some of the strongest creatures I have seen in Science fiction. Think it would be cool to see what universes could beat them.

i think for the marvel universe, you can just limit all the info and characters to the MCU, the unverse of the movies and series, at least this version is logic at all time, also you didnt speak about thanos and the infinity stones, since the infinity stones cant be used outside the universe, they cant be used to win by erasing david (and even if david come to marvel universe, i am not sure he can be erased or affected by them) but these stones may be used to constantly erase demons entering the universe, preventing them from invading it, this can stall a lot of time, if Thanos can do it non stop infinitely, and if thanos is immune to the doom corruption in the movie, i think he didnt get any aftermath after erasing half of the livings, he had a big aftermath after destroying the stones, so maybe he can do it for the corruption, Thanos himself doesnt seem to have any immunity, maybe some resistance, and with the stones ? maybe : one of the stones is the spirit stone, so maybe he can use it to protect himself from the corruption, it should work for soul and spirit corruption, but not body corruption, he may need to use another stone to complete the immunity and protect his body, but i dunno which oh and no need to discuss about if he can protect himself and erase demons at the same time, while protecting/cleaning himself from the corruption, he can use the space stone to teleport and stall the time he need to clean himself from the corruption, and then erasing them again (if he cant do both at the same time)
It's not quite Hugo Martin saying it, but one of the most prominent songs in the modern Doom games is named "The Only Thing They Fear Is You." I feel like that basically counts as Word Of God on that. Plus the demons look pretty damn scared during some of the glory kills.
The Slayer's Club article about Cyberdemon, Baalgar, was one of the few demons who didn't fear the Slayer, so, they do fear him. I believe it's because he's a Primeval, thus, he can do the impossible and make them have fear because he's a god just like Davoth, it's basically a hax stat of his.

I think the slayers testament also says that demons fear the doom slayer but that can also just be the writers of the testament glazing the slayer. Personally I think there’s something reminiscent of fear that demons feel towards the doom guy but I think it’s because he’s literally like god in the doom universe. And if it’s verse vs verse that would put doom guy on the demons side. Meaning even if a nearly omnipotent slayer devil was spawned the slayer himself would still be powerful enough to take it out

I think the corruption is being over played here. Just because it is irresistible in the Doom universe doesn't mean it would be in other franchises. For example, if you took a powerful psychic like Professor X and dropped him in a normal world, that world would say his power is irresistible and absolute, but we know that isn't be the case in the Marvel universe where there are others with powers that can match him. And if the corruption was so powerful, why would the demons even have to use armies and physical force? Couldn't they just show up and everything would simply succumb to them? The fact that they have to physically defeat defending armies seems to show the corruption isn't absolute or would take too much time to be a viable tool of conquest, even against normal humans. Same with erasing multiverses. It could be that Davoth can do that because in his world there are no higher powers that oppose him. In something like the Marvel universe that can't be easily done because there are lots of reality warpers, high level conceptual beings, etc. Its the difference between toppling a structure without a sturdy foundation compared to taking on a bunker.

If Denji ate the devil created by the fear of the Doom demons wouldn’t that erase the concept of the doom demons from their universe like how nukes were erased? Even if it didn’t erase the demons in all the other universes, doom demons can only enter a universe that a portal has been opened to at least once but denji’s concept erasure abilities retroactively erase things so that the concept never existed in the first place. Which is a bit different from time traveling and changing the past. So the portal would have never opened in the first place. Which could either lock them out of the Chainsaw Man universe as a portal was never opened or if they could still enter the Chainsaw Man universe maybe they would be instantaneously erased upon entry?

A potential win condition for Chainsaw Man not mentioned in this video is the possibility of the Chainsaw devil eating the "Doom demon" devil and just erasing them from existence.
Albeit, it's not a permanent solution as the manga shows you make the Chainsaw devil barf out a concept back into existence but I believe it's still worth a thought.

Even so, Hell is just a part of Davoth, so hed still survive until a "Davoth demon" shows up which might take a while since his existence took a while to be discovered iirc.
Honestly makes sense to me. If Denji erased concepts like “hell” “demon” etc. Dooms hell army wouldn’t be much anymore. However without a “Hell” to contain devils, it would mean devils and humans live side by side which is probably not that much better solution for the humans lol

And for in game evidence, although I cannot back up the “demons run from him” claim there is a log in doom eternal explicitly stating that “The only thing they fear (demons) is him (doom slayer)”. If that’s the case, then it’s possible for a “Doom Slayer Devil” to spawn and match the strength of the demons based off of their fear alone.

Doom Hell Portal: if i remember correctly, you mentioned in other videos that once a portal is opened by Doom Hell, it could never be closed, and if that is true, you could argue that it wouldnt matter if Doom Demons feel fear, because now they already have access to basically a infinite world of fresh fear to power up the Devils, all because of the portals never being able to close.
Well honestly Doom demons have to feel fear. They LITERALLY fear the doom slayer. By that fear alone, a devil representing the doom slayer would spawn into the world of Chainsawman and create an entity strong enough to fight the Doom demons. I will say tho, it’s unknown how limited devils are. We only know their power comes from every resident of earth and hell fearing them. It’s unknown whether other life influences it but if they do, devils could grow infinitely stronger.
Also with the control devil, (if we have Makima) she is able to control anything that she perceives as weaker than her. If that’s the case, she could easily control most of the fodder enemies. And if any of the demons are ever starving (don’t know if they do or not) Fami can take control of them.

So, a caveat that I think got past you on the God of War bit. Kratos would only be "incorruptible" after opening Pandora's Box. Which means that if the Doom Invasion happened at the beginning of the first Greek Game then Kratos is absolutely getting corrupted almost instantly. Another fact is that time travel absolutely exists in-universe, since Kratos uses it to bring in the Titans to attack Olympus at the end of the second game, so it is very possible for the Demons to corrupt The Sisters of Fate and use the Loom to attack and kill or corrupt Kratos in the past before he became immune to corruption.
Kratos is also not very smart and is pretty impulsive most of the time, so even if they need to sacrifice trillions of demons to keep him busy and lure him into a trap, like they did with Doom Guy, they could deal with him. Because, while it doesn't seem that way, the demons are NOT IDIOTS.
As for Chainsaw Man...I think it was in the Corrax Tablet or in one of the Slayer Testaments that specifically say that "he carved terror in the hearts of the fiends" or something like that, so it is very likely that they DO fear the Doom Slayer, so it is possible that there could be a Doom Slayer Devil...however, that entirely depends on if devils are created due to HUMAN fears or ALL fears. Because, if they are only created by the fears of humans, then it doesn't matter if all the infinite number of Demons fear Doomguy, there will never be a Doom Slayer Devil. However, if there manifested a Doom Slayer Devil...it would first need to manifest in Hell...and if it does manifest as they fear him, which is as an unstoppable and incorruptible force that GAINS POWER from those it slays and that HATES EVERYTHING to do with "the nine circles" and those that "prey upon the weak" as it is written in the Slayer Testaments...it is entirely likely that the Doom Slayer Devil would first begin killing every devil in Hell, growing stronger with every kill, before breaking out into the real world and beginning his slaughter there, killing every Demon and Devil within its sight.
Remember that Doomguy got all of his powers, from his insane strength to his ability to kill primevals FROM the power of Davoth himself. Meaning that Davoth would in fact have PHYSICAL strength and power levels that were at least on par with Doomguy. I'm not saying Davoth would outright defeat or kill Kratos but I think it has the potential to be a VERY close fight.

Actually in Valhalla DLC it was confirmed that Helios and his sister was not affected by the corruption, he was innocent, he was just doing his job when Kratos killed him. There were a few other gods not affected by the corruption too like the goddess of Love.

The more I get into the GoW lore, the more Doomguy and Kratos seem to be the same person in a way. Uncorruptable and fighting beings that are above death. Gods and demons alike. A fight between those two would probably destroy multiple multiverses.
So what we're saying is the demons will just create a second slayer meaning we could see a doom guy devil man whose other half is another doom guy
The way I see it there are three ways chainsaw man could beat the doom invasion, all of them requiring the assumption that devils would be immune to the corruption and two requiring a second assumption on top of that. The first wincon requires Denji to immediately go to his hero of hell form and along with all of the primal fears have him jump the newly formed Jakkadian Devil then eat it thereby erasing all demons from existence, however Davoth would remain and be extremely upset so this may not actually be a win. The second option is the one rouga presented in this with the required assumption that demons fear doomguy. Third is that the opening of a hell portal suddenly exposes the devils to all of the fear in the doom multiverse which would buff the primal fears and the newly created Jakkadian Devil (and likely many others) to the point that they could just fight Davoth themselves.
Not really ever gonna let them reach Davoths level of power

1) Hell itself feeds off of fear, pain and other negative emotions throughout the doom metaverse and grows stronger by doing so. CSM Devils would have to have a direct contest of will against Higher demons, Titan class demons, demonic gods, Archdemons, Dark lord level demons, Hell itself and Davoth.
They wouldn't stand a chance against Archdemons, titans like the icon of sin/The great One, or dark lords, let alone Hell or Davoth.
The Devils would literally be ants trying to win a tug of war against giants just to start gaining power from what the giants have been consuming for around a decillion years from uncountably infinite universes.
So no...they would not be able to gain any power from fear in the doom verse, not would they gain remotely enough strength to deal with hell, let alone davoth.
Remember that all of hell was caused by and is running purely by/on Davoths disembodied will.
If we give davoth a physical vessel chainsaw man doesn't really stand a chance.
Essence in doom is the backbone for everything in the verse. It is what space, time, matter and energy was formed from, it's how things like souls, will, emotions, concepts etc exist and work.
All of this is an extension of Davoth...heck all of it was created by him without even consciously trying to.
Contesting Davoth in his prime would be futile.

While I think some higher end Marvel characters could potentially beat the doom verse, kratos even with all of the powers in the entire franchise so far at once would only let him have a decent chance against hordes of lesser and heavy demons. Rouga took the most popular kratos scaling and used it without digging deep enough.
For starters, the entire cosmology of God of war is that if a SINGLE universe, which all of the devs have stated several times.
No character scales to this universe though, as the events of gow takes place on our earth, with the mythologies just being geographical regions shaped by the magic /power of the entities which was retold and exaggerated in the creation stories.
The power of hope doesn't make kratos immune to corruption at all.
We only see it aid kratos in resisting a very weak external power using that emotion. Pandora's box contains powers based on concepts, not the concepts itself. To take this to being immune to something powerful enough to effortlessly corrupt a universe is a no limits fallacy.

I mean if concepts like war, invasion, demon, etc. are erased then that’s kinda it for Dooms demons. If argent is erased their goes most their power. If the concept of multiverse/portals are erased Doom could never invade in the first place. There are surprisingly a lot of ways Chainsaw verse could fight off an invasion.

Okay hear me out, if the demons corrupted hulk's mind, they couldn't corrupt his soul. The corruption would feed his rage, which would just make him angrier and angrier until his fury outpaces the corruption and he ends up turning on the demons as well. By my guesstimate they'd just end up making a world breaker hulk and would, best case scenario, close the door behind them before he follows them into hell.

i think for the marvel universe, you can just limit all the info and characters to the MCU, the unverse of the movies and series, at least this version is logic at all time, also you didnt speak about thanos and the infinity stones, since the infinity stones cant be used outside the universe, they cant be used to win by erasing david (and even if david come to marvel universe, i am not sure he can be erased or affected by them)
but these stones may be used to constantly erase demons entering the universe, preventing them from invading it, this can stall a lot of time, if Thanos can do it non stop infinitely, and if thanos is immune to the doom corruption
in the movie, i think he didnt get any aftermath after erasing half of the livings, he had a big aftermath after destroying the stones, so maybe he can do it
for the corruption, Thanos himself doesnt seem to have any immunity, maybe some resistance, and with the stones ? maybe : one of the stones is the spirit stone, so maybe he can use it to protect himself from the corruption, it should work for soul and spirit corruption, but not body corruption, he may need to use another stone to complete the immunity and protect his body, but i dunno which
oh and no need to discuss about if he can protect himself and erase demons at the same time, while protecting/cleaning himself from the corruption, he can use the space stone to teleport and stall the time he need to clean himself from the corruption, and then erasing them again (if he cant do both at the same time)

It's not quite Hugo Martin saying it, but one of the most prominent songs in the modern Doom games is named "The Only Thing They Fear Is You." I feel like that basically counts as Word Of God on that. Plus the demons look pretty damn scared during some of the glory kills.

The Slayer's Club article about Cyberdemon, Baalgar, was one of the few demons who didn't fear the Slayer, so, they do fear him. I believe it's because he's a Primeval, thus, he can do the impossible and make them have fear because he's a god just like Davoth, it's basically a hax stat of his.

I think the slayers testament also says that demons fear the doom slayer but that can also just be the writers of the testament glazing the slayer. Personally I think there’s something reminiscent of fear that demons feel towards the doom guy but I think it’s because he’s literally like god in the doom universe. And if it’s verse vs verse that would put doom guy on the demons side. Meaning even if a nearly omnipotent slayer devil was spawned the slayer himself would still be powerful enough to take it out

I think the corruption is being over played here. Just because it is irresistible in the Doom universe doesn't mean it would be in other franchises. For example, if you took a powerful psychic like Professor X and dropped him in a normal world, that world would say his power is irresistible and absolute, but we know that isn't be the case in the Marvel universe where there are others with powers that can match him.
And if the corruption was so powerful, why would the demons even have to use armies and physical force? Couldn't they just show up and everything would simply succumb to them? The fact that they have to physically defeat defending armies seems to show the corruption isn't absolute or would take too much time to be a viable tool of conquest, even against normal humans.
Same with erasing multiverses. It could be that Davoth can do that because in his world there are no higher powers that oppose him. In something like the Marvel universe that can't be easily done because there are lots of reality warpers, high level conceptual beings, etc. Its the difference between toppling a structure without a sturdy foundation compared to taking on a bunker.

If Denji ate the devil created by the fear of the Doom demons wouldn’t that erase the concept of the doom demons from their universe like how nukes were erased? Even if it didn’t erase the demons in all the other universes, doom demons can only enter a universe that a portal has been opened to at least once but denji’s concept erasure abilities retroactively erase things so that the concept never existed in the first place. Which is a bit different from time traveling and changing the past. So the portal would have never opened in the first place. Which could either lock them out of the Chainsaw Man universe as a portal was never opened or if they could still enter the Chainsaw Man universe maybe they would be instantaneously erased upon entry?
