Thank you I just got done rebuilding my .22 pump based on your video but it helped a lot but if you continue to post on this subject make sure to go step by step.
Thank you for the video. A good friend of ours we I used to work with passed away last year. Most of my friends got 20+years on me. When frank and Steve were kids, Steve gave frank his old 397pa. Now that Steve passed frank asked me to check out the rifle and see if I can fix it. No compression. Thanks to your vid, frank will be getting back a fully refreshed pa. Thanks so much!
Takes a lot of patience to work on some airguns. Heard some guy named Job tried it & gave up. Lol. A pair of forceps like for medical use may help on some tiny parts. They help for tiny fly fishing hooks etc. Love watching the resuscitations of Airguns. 👍
Good video thanks for the help, liked your choice of music. Sounded like an easy listening version of Lynyrd Skynyrd. Anyway good video, Taken apart was easy, needed the rebuild like this. Bought my part kit from your recommendation. Good team
Thanks. I received my (392PA) seal kit from Henry Ford last week, got down to the last smallest o-ring left and couldn't figure out what it was for... Forgot there was a 177 version.
I accidentally managed to load a .177 pellet into my Crosman gun then got distracted and loaded a bb forgetting about the previous information then fired! So, i either buy a new gun or figure out how to remove the jam... got any tips besides those who i know will ask the obvious questions... What distracted me, and other sillly questions. I like the daisy rifles, i had one as a kid. This rifle has a 5 or six shot plastic slider for pellets then a sliding plastic notch cover to insert bbs. In the instruction manual it says remove bbs or pellets before switching types of ammo. (I didn't read the manual until after i had my problem!) There is lots of advice on how to prevent my current problem but not an iota of advice on how to correct the problem if the situation does arise!
I would say a 177 sized cleaning rod should be able to push those out or perhaps you can find a piece of dowel (wood, brass or aluminum) small enough to fit the barrel.
It "seemed" pretty easy so id say it went pretty well for a first one 😁 Would you mind if I send you pictures of my benjamin trail when I will take it appart {especially for the trigger} I cannot find much info on it yet and Id like to know where to start taking it appart (does it matter?)
If you search for Crosman parts diagrams you will find the Crosman website with there collection of user manuals and parts diagrams. There is a section for Benjamin and sheridan air rifles
That is a tough question I would expect to get at least 20 years from a good set of seals but I have guns that are many decades old still working great on the original seals.

I have been looking for a video like this for years, never found something very specific like your video, amazing!!!

Thanks Nibs.......
Benjamin bought sheridan in 86. They merged the designs in 91. Jan. 92 crosman bought ben/sheridan.
Great video. But I would have liked to of seen it come apart.
yes.....where is the disassemble video??
Will they do the trigger upgrade for the ruger umarex?
Honestly I don’t know. Never thought to ask. He does custom work on crosman 600’s and others so he might. Can’t hurt to ask

Sure
We're did you find the Schematics for that air rifle for a reference. I am going to reseal my air rifle. I would love to have a reference.

Does he do anything to get the trigger pull down to 3 pounds?
Hi. How often should the rubber piston and gaskets be replaced?
That is a tough question I would expect to get at least 20 years from a good set of seals but I have guns that are many decades old still working great on the original seals.
Great vid…does anyone has info on where I can aquire a seal kit for a .177 H9 nickel plate pistol ?
They don’t send the little bottle of oil anymore.
Did you order from Crosman600repair? I just got 3 seal kits from him last week and they all had oil
Where do I get parts ?
Do you need a seal kit or something else?
Thx for replying. I need the pump handle lever. I bent the piece of steel that connects the pump handle to the pump piston on my 397pa.
Anyone else having issues reading comments ?
I was earlier but seems better now
i like usa !!! but not her airrifles ,a willy airbuks turned like you wont commin out germany of the estblok !!!
😉
Seems ridiculous to put a how to video together without starting on how to take the gun apart.
🤷♂️
good video to replace and reassemble BUT the question is: How to disassemble???
