Great advice there Stephen. I know I've fallen into a few of those holes in past meetings. Getting everyone to stick to the schedule can be difficult when you've got quite a few people involved in the meeting. It is great to see everyone involved and interacting and it is getting a good balance of keeping on schedule without flattening the mood by making people feel rushed. Thanks for the great content. 🤘
