Rashad was UFC LHW champion and his young teammate Jon Jones is in the LHW division at 205, it was obvious to Rashad and everyone in their gym that Jon was a prodigy and eventually they'll have to fight because it's only 1 title available at 205. Hope that explains things. PS. The coaches in their gym chose to back the younger better fighter in Jon instead of the older vet Rashad.
