I love running old weapons - especially when they actually get the job done like in this case. Sure, they're not meta and not nearly as good as other setups. But Thunders are literally the oldest heavy weapon in the game and they still hurt 🙂
This was my go to eurubus set-up (not near mixed since I was P2W) but it was an insane setup with jump unit being able to surprise an enemy and 3-6 shoting them was fun. But know too much range to get close
Yep. Thunder was powerful but only at close range. Gecko had near unlimited range but did little damage. Aphids deal high damage but take long to reload. Orkans were powerful but doesn’t have manual reload. Everything was so balanced back then 😢
The design of this weapon is what made it unique also the animation when shoots makes you feel the power of this weapon and not many other has that same effect when used

Maybe they should change it for ultimate weapons like a mrk 4 that says something like ultimatize instead of this garbage that war robots did I would be happy if they would cost like 4 upgrade tokens or 25000 gold for one upgrade because it is a strong weapon, or maybe you need multiple weapons to make one weapon, like 4 orkans for one ultimate orkan

And Players have always the chose: Buying Ultimate Edition weapon or upgrade it through upgrade tokens in Ultimate Edition.

Its really exсiting combo, unfortunattely to make it usefull you should have a maxed Krestell drone, wich is really hard to do without donate, personally me have only lvl 4 Krestel, so i wount be able to make it works properly, but once i`ll collect enough cheaps and max my Krestell, ill definitelly try this setup) THanks for good mood, Manni!)

In the old days walking War robots that was the original name but in those days I remember when I used to run Carnage with thunder the sound effect of the Thunder was amazing where you were shooting a robot you heard like a metal sound now they don't have it anymore but yeah Thunders do pretty good damage not outrageous but good Firepower if pixonic just think this through if the old weapons could make a comeback all of them because really I'm starting to think that the old weapons are just sitting there for decoration they're never being used and it will be much appreciated if pixonic took the time to focus on an old weapons and old robots to make a comeback Dashers are no longer in the battlefield I wish there was a way to play the old version of walking War robots but that will be so cool miss the old days.
The problem with 'one-shot' kills is that it will discourage players from participating, and in the end, for the one shot killer, will be boring. War Robots greatest attraction is players can be strategic, sneaky and down right creative in taking down enemy bots. What the Reaper does is take all that away and places a bully who dominates the battleground that no one wants to engage. I've seen players who were destroyed actually leave the battlefield; where there were once 6 players per side becomes 2 against 5 or 6, and this is just within the earliest start of the battle. Players are not running out of bots to deploy, they simply don't want to, and who would want to be 'target practice' for a one-shot bot? Then, you have an bot that ends up stealing all the kills on the battlefield as well, if you're on the same team with Bully Bot. I've seen, as a result of this, a huge drop off in players for a game that pretty much relies on enough players to start a battle. As much as one-shot kills are fun, they do become boring in a short time since there's no strategy or battle intelligence and craftiness to make for an interesting and fun game that keeps players coming back for more. Again, no one wants to be cannon fodder for a bot that can take you out in as little as one hit, and the developers at WR need to seriously consider giving players the 'sword of Destiny" that can kill off bots and player interest in one shot! Edit: Also forgot to mention that the Reaper has a shooting distance of 1100m, which is by far the longest weapon range for WB, but again also gives an unfair advantage as Bully Bot can stay at a comfortable distance, out of enemy range, and pick off bots at leisure without any bot being able to match that, unless they too have a Reaper.
Here we have one of the worst Set-ups you can Run on a Crisis... Because #1 Thunder is inaccurate af... And #2 Crisis isn't a brawler... And even manni himself said that he had to record many games to get good clips... Don't be tempted to use this 😂

If you use the pilot skill for increased duration for module for extra duration of phase shift, very useful for a crisis
