After a 24 day break from his previous gig I thought Liam's voice was fantastic. Really pumped to see Bonehead joining Liam on stage for a mini Oasis reunion. Being front row we really special. At some point Liam gave me & the guy next to me a tambourine acknowledgement each which was cool. The whole 6 days of Sziget only cost me 150e second-hand on Ticketswap.
Today as I upload this millions are trying for Oasis tickets & paying ridiculous prices. I've seen Oasis 3 times, including my first gig ever in the 90s when I was 13. For me personally, this gig with a great old setlist with songs I though I would never hear & Liam's voice better than I thought it ever could be again which personally is more enticing that seeing another greatest hits set with Noel.
It's kind of bizarre that after such an amazing gig, where much of the crowd were kind of apathetic (young crowd & a pop festival), 3 weeks later Noel decides he wants in, let's call it Oasis again & the world goes completely nuts.
If you missed out on Oasis tickets for 2025 I'm sure they will tour Europe soon. But know that you already had an easy chance to see something really special in 2024 as well. Having said that I would really love to see Oasis in Japan, I think that'd be really cool.
