For some of the longest-standing Mario Party veterans it's nice to finally return to our old stomping grounds and i'm not just referring to the Mini-games, Sprinting through the Grassy Plains with high hopes near the start, carefully navigating through the treacherous forest, having a very nice swim at the ocean, helping Wario clamp a Manhole lid on a Boo-infested Lava Cave (Before we knew Wario robbed the Boo's treasures clean), Running Bowser and his bratty koopa pack out of 1 of Bowser's old castles and traversing towering pillars and gazing at the most beautiful and picturesque views coming from every direction all the way to the Goal. Man best times. :D (Sigh)
Not sure if it was intended, but Toad challenging you to Slot Car Derby looks like a reference to the final mini-game in Mario Party 1's mini-game island.

I had no idea this game even existed. As I kept watching, I recognized some of the minigames from older mario party games that I watched Game Grumps play. Then I saw the final boss and realized that this is a remake of mario party 4. They just replaced the koopa kids with bowser Jr and made it so he and bowser were in clown cars instead of wierd shell things.

The bosses aren’t new... they are from the past mario party’s... Nintendo put one neat detail here. :) Although, i wished that the ‘final Battle’ was the “Last” mini game from Mario party 8...
Not that many people know/like him, Modern players assume that koopa kid is a rip-off of boswer JR. (despite that koopa kid appeared first.) Maybe nintendo decided not to add K.Kid because of Bowser JR. Being add to the mario series since Sunshine, they didn’t use koopa kid as a character ever since. Nintendo assumes that they want us to think that koopa kid IS bowser JR, just more grown-up as usual.
Wait...Vine Country's here?!...I had bad memories with that game in MP7.Oh, and I like how whenever you win a minigame, the victory theme from which ever game it was from, plays. (Like Vine Country plays MP7's victory theme).
I kinda wish Wario, Waluigi, Peach and Rosalina had little bits of dialogue before challenging the player like Bowser does Waluigi would probably say stuff about how he's the best cheater, Peach and Rosalina would probably be super polite and wish the best of luck, Wario would probably brag about being the best at something (idk) and how he thinks he knows he's going to win

The only thing I actually hated about this mode's hard difficulty is how I had to literally hold my 3DS upside down to mash the correct buttons fast enough. Seriously, why does it always have to be a button-bashing bonanza of blisters? It just ain't human. I was actually idiotically lucky just to win all the minigames in both modes.

The only thing I actually hated about this mode's hard difficulty is how I had to literally hold my 3DS upside down to mash the correct buttons fast enough. Seriously, why does it always have to be a button-bashing bonanza of blisters? It just ain't human. I was actually idiotically lucky just to win all the minigames in both modes.
