Really sad to not see much more in the industry similar to this after it's success. Didn't need to be a massive AAA blockbuster title, just a simple fun game for $30 at most.

One of my first platinums. It was so much fun to get. This game has a special place in my heart honestly. Wish it wasn’t so underrated. Would love a sequel.
Although Maneater’s gameplay loop got a little repetitive at times, it’s such a blast to platinum. It’s a nice game that gives you the tools to have fun, throwing you into a semi-open environment to play with those tools. It’s not too long and not too short, it’s definitely a game worth buying. I am a little biased since I am a big fan of Jaws: Unleashed, which I’m sure is the inspiration for this game.
You deadass just made me buy it and I’m loving it and I also just wana say from the bottom of my heart I really do enjoy your videos and honestly I really like watching them so ty for making my day brighter

Its actually good that it gives information on the different species you eat i was disappointed it didnt take itself a bit more serious in size and detail going for a cartoon aproach .id like to see them do a version not solely nased on being a man killer but being focused on the worlds different ocean's and its different wildlife in real detail openong new sections as you migrate maybe even the story being that uou are a great white man killer that has evolved to live in different ocean's but thst taking a second place compared to massive scale exploration different coloured oceans and fish types and real life features . Titanic great barrier reef ect
