I think that comes from the inside. She is just happy and content with her life. She has a sweet supportive boyfriend, stable helpful parents and she does what she likes.
I think it also has something to do with never wearing foundation until pretty recently and even then it's rare. The sun is also good for skin in moderation when it's low in the sky. Vitamin D is great for a lot of things
