      另外,有些人可能不知;有些帶酸性的水菓,譬如鳯梨丶番石榴(芭樂)丶橘子丶木瓜⋯⋯等,只要抹上一點點的鹽,就變甜,風味更佳。這點,老外可能更少人知道。

    第二種仙桃要先在蒂頭抹鹽巴隔天變軟裂開才能吃。吃起來像地瓜或蛋糕。

      第二種水果台灣叫仙桃,很少人會吃它因為它的肉質嚐起來軟軟沙沙的,並不好吃,大部分的人都拿來拜拜,因為它的外型 。Second fruit ,we call it fairy peach, most of Taiwanese people buy it for god worship In templs because of its shape , We rarely taste it because its meat is soft not tasty.

    1.香瓜要去皮頭跟尾巴要切除中間子要挖出來再切一片一片吃
    2.楊桃每個邊邊要切除,再切一片一片撒一點鹽巴和糖就會變甜好吃了
    3.蓮霧要選深紅色才好吃

    水梨和蓮霧口感屬比較清甜,如果之前吃了甜度較高的水果後,再吃水梨和蓮霧當然會覺得不甜。😊

      而且 蓮霧 最好是要特別地找過水果店 買因為我有些吃起來不甜 (建議這家買一點回去吃發現不怎甜可以再換家看看 ) 如何挑蓮霧:詳細看這網址food.ltn.com.tw/article/7150
      至於 水梨 的話 我家人不曾在水果攤買都是 要特別去找比較有名的 水梨 像我家人就有買過晶鑽水梨 至於為甚麼較晶鑽 我就不知道 但都是水梨 但她卻非常的甜 甜度很高 也很有水分之起來也非常清脆~~

      真的,比如,釋迦是香又甜,吃了它,才試吃梨子,當然感覺,梨子不好吃。
      其實,如果先吃梨子,就會感覺到,梨子有清香的氣味,甜度也很適中。

      the fruit that your mom picked up at 4:14 i believe it is not lychee(荔枝).
      it is longan (龍眼).

    2:18 仙桃果 吃起來像地瓜 捏起來要軟爛感才能吃 不然會苦澀
    2:42 台灣香瓜 聞到香味就可以吃了 剛好正甜 要削皮吃
    妳買的蓮霧 可以沾梅子粉吃 會更好 不然那種是酸或不甜的

    如果你中文可以程度的話,請店員幫忙或是教怎麼選擇好吃的水果。
    也請店員建議吃水果前後順序(因為有的水果就是比較香甜,比如芒果.荔枝.香蕉.水蜜桃...等,也有的水果是走清淡.清爽的味道,比如芭樂.香瓜.火龍果,當然如果氣候.水氣適當,這些水果也會很甜的,還有就是品種不同,甜度香氣也會大不同的,。
    只能說台灣人很幸福 ~☺
    有好多好吃的水果可以選擇,祝你們在台灣一切順利平安&開心哦!😊

    The second fruit called Canistel,you have to wait some days till it turns very soft (ripening) to peel the skin to eat .Taste like moist sweet farina.

    其實你的母親對於一些水果的不喜歡是有原因的,蓮霧要挑選暗紅色的,而且要冷藏後吃, 而且不能跟太甜的水果一起吃, 口渴想補充水分可以吃蓮霧非常可口。

    2) my favorite fruit custard apple @ 3:36 don't eat the seeds though it's poisonous
    3) longan @ 4:07 related to lychee but you could sun dry longan and/or put them in chicken soup. so good

    有些水果某些部位不好吃要先處理掉 
    應該找位台灣人幫忙處理過之後再吃 會有比較好的體驗
    像是 楊桃的五個角可以先削掉再吃 那個部位會有苦澀口感 
    酪梨、高接梨、香瓜要去皮 
    蓮霧底下「花萼」的部分要先切除才不會苦苦的
    而且.......... 請問水果有沒有先「加強清洗」再吃? 
    有些水果有「農藥殘留」的疑慮 最好「加強清洗」後再吃

    The unknown fruit is called "Xiantao"
    Xiantao has to wait until it is ripe to eat, otherwise it will be very astringent. After ripening, the peach is very delicious, please give it a try!

      @@mincatsssj9458 我也覺得紅色的火龍果很甜,白色的比較不甜,而且火龍果是越大越好吃。芭樂必須挑品種吃,有些品種很大,但是真的肉質比較粗糙也不甜。金鑽鳳梨和愛文芒果非常好吃,酸酸甜甜的,吃過就會記得它的美味。

      對啦!仙桃一定要軟了,才吃,味道有點像煮過的甜地瓜。
      所以,不是它不好吃,是有時不曉得怎麼吃。
      年輕跑過許多國家,以水果的值,樣,價而言,我以為跟我走過的國家,台灣最好。

    火龍果要看外皮,像媽媽拿的那顆2:06葉尖綠色的就是白肉,若是尖端帶點枯黃感完全沒有綠色就是紅肉的

    仙桃還沒成熟,只吃果肉不吃皮,吃起來會像吃蛋黃一樣,鬆軟的口感
    美濃瓜也是不吃皮的

      是龍眼沒錯 目前在北部的是南部產的龍眼 目前已經到中部採收期了 媽媽拿著白色小瓜 是美濃瓜 皮帶黃色的最甜 很好吃的

    第二種叫仙桃"要放到軟+黃+有點裂開"口感綿密很甜!超好吃😋。
    那串不是荔枝是龍眼!很甜!火龍果"可以從外表看紅肉比較深紅,白肉比較淺一點。
    香蕉短的是巴蕉(像人的手掌大)。口感和香蕉也不太一樣。很多水果都有改良=種類分很多"原始的比較

    We also have a type of Guava that may be closer to the ones you have back home, based on your mom's description, we called them 土芭拉, texture is rougher, but has a very strong Guava smell. They are probably the most original and not as popular due to newer improved types, but they are still Green. We have red Guava, but it's red in the inside and green on the outside.

      紅色火龍果吃完上廁所大小便都是紅色的~不要緊張你身體沒有問題~那只是水果本身的色素在你體內排放出來而已~^^

      香瓜不一定要削皮,熟度夠連皮也可以吃,會有外脆內軟的口感,很甜也更香
      因為賣出去需要時間,所以會提前採收而導致熟度不夠,所以才要削皮

      如果你能买到一个好的香瓜 你应该试一下连皮带子一起吃 当然每个人的口感不一样 不过个人以为香瓜去了子和皮 就丢掉了灵魂

      表皮有網狀紋路的香瓜(哈密瓜)要去皮吃(口感甜膩多汁),表皮細嫩的白色和黃色的香瓜要連皮一起吃(口感香甜清脆)。

      passion fruit.. there are lots in costa rica..i think that is a tropical fruit, it wont grow in cooler place..

    那個仙桃還沒成熟的,還有,我覺得紅色的紅龍果比較好吃,其實你們也可以吃看看南非有的水果,可能會跟你們南非的不同喔

    The second fruit is canistel fruit. It come from south America. The way to eat is like avocado. when it becomes soft few days later,then you can eat . The fruit after pear is Taiwan cucumis melo . it's a kind of the melon,this fruit is come from Taiwan Kauhsiong Mino District.

    s=2:57 when i hear you saying "a" in the end of sentences it kind of brings back my memory when i was in brisbane where i have a co worker whos also from south africa. he very often makes "a" sound to what i think is 'pardon' 'come again' but now hearing nathan say it i realize it probably is because the way south africans speak? and i remember i was invited to their house and play ps4 and the next morning having very organic and healthy food and his wife was telling me how her 8 year old son is a gem but came out wrong as gang XDDD but what it really reminds me is the laid back atmosphere and very self provided sufficiency and probably the very essence of happiness that i often find coming from family together enjoying life. well... happiness and contentment do convey through videos. great vid!

    Hello there:) The second fruit is called 仙桃. you have to wait for a quite long time until it becomes very very very yellow and quite soft then it's time to it:) It's a sweet fruit. Normally not so many people eat it but my father loves it! We also grows some>W< I think your video is super nice on introducing the fruits of Taiwan and I do surprise your mom hasn't eat many fruits before. THanks for your lovely sharing here.     仙桃跟酪梨一樣,要熟了才能吃,等仙桃也鬆鬆軟軟後,你會發現他甜的驚人

    老外老媽吃的第二種黃色水果還未熟透,台灣南部鄉下都稱為仙桃,如香蕉一樣,要放在室溫讓它軟化成熟,去除外裹皮,就可以吃了。如果要加速軟化熟成,可以在水果蒂頭部,按壓一些鹽巴顆粒,放置在室溫環境,會加速軟化喔!
