    Many you are showing are Victorian style. Also, the larger ones you refer to were originally single family and then in the 60’s were converted into multi family.

    Are y'all even from band rapids ? Why they are so big cuz that used to be the richest of the richest so what your looking at are high class old world mansions and people used to have bigger families back then 4 5 6 kids so yea that is why wealthy st was named what it is cuz that area was for the wealthy

      It's true that many of the older homes in wealthy neighborhoods were built during a time when larger families were more common, and they reflect the wealth and status of their original owners. As a result, these areas have become synonymous with luxury.
