प्राथमिक तौर पर हादसे में प्रशासन की लापरवाही सामने आ रही है। मौके पर सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम नहीं थे। भोले बाबा के सत्संग में क्षमता से ज्यादा भक्त इकट्ठा हो गए थे। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों की मानें तो सत्संग खत्म होने के बाद बाहर निकलने की जल्दबाजी में भगदड़ मची जो देखते ही देखते चीख पुकार में बदल गई। अभी तक मिली जानकारी के अनुसार हादसे के बाद से बाबा की कोई जानकारी नहीं मिल रही है।
