Proud of JWill! He was also quarterback in high school with another well known athlete , The Freak Randy Moss. White Chocolate honed his passing abilities by throwing basketballs against the gymnasium wall. That 55 SAC jersey and 44 West Lakers throwback would be priceless to this chick! In response to the comment that he did nothing to produce wins... In the 2005-06 regular season, Williams averaged 12.3 points and 4.9 assists per game to help Miami secure the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference. True he did not reach his full potential, but he did contribute with his ability and pure love of the game 😊
Agreed the refs were calling BS. Lakers had no business winning that series. You could also say the blazers got screwed as well when the lakers faced them
That was his elbow he used to bang it back to the guy on his right… They act like J Will was a white dude who played like a black guy, but no one any color played the way J Will did in the NBA, people do this stuff in And1, but aren’t able to pull it off in the nba, case in point the one dude from And1 who made the nba but wasn’t able to play that way once in the nba, he couldn’t get off dribbling and passing like he does in And1 while playing in the nba, only Jay Will has been able to outside of an exhibition all star game while playing in the NBA. So while not as great as say a John Stockton, he was in that street ball or And1 way, the flashiest and best to ever do it at the highest level regardless of color, and honestly the closest thing to him was another white guy in Pistol Pete… and he started for the championship winning Heat and made several all star teams while with the Kings
@andrepyatt9855 nah. he didn’t have the stats or the awards of a HOF, but they still called him White Chocolate for a reason. and this video, like many others out there, is just givin Jason his due
You don't have to have a ring or anything to be non-HOF and still have the hype. Or even not have a ring, still be HoF and have the hype. 3 words: PISTOL PETE MARAVICH.
He did in Miami with Shaq and Wade. Edit: Shaq specifically wanted J Will to be his point guard because he knew he was a good asset to have. Maybe you should watch the 2006 NBA finals.
6:40 "Bro had him doin lateral drills. This is a game it's not practice." 🤣🤣🤣 Facts!
Shaq said he could just put his hand up and Williams would put the ball in it. Every. Time.
8:10 jwill goes WOOO
The irony is later Jason, Gary and Shaq would be on the same team in 2006.
Great vid Sean, loved watching J-Dub back in the day

That’s a BS foul. 10:17
Too much hype you bring for a non HOF

Someone can be unique without making HOF. Got a ring, anyway.

marginally good player off the bench, did nothing to help a team win....
looked cool though

Shaq & D-Wade would beg to differ
I think you missed the behind the back 'off the elbow pass'. Around 4:30.
