The flex hoses do not kink. Do not twist the flex hoses. Make sure that the metal mesh is not damaged.

How do I connect 2 male connectors - from already there on the isolation valve and one with new new tap flexi connector.
are these fittings intended to be connected directly to the flex line ? or do they need a little teflon tape or plumbers paste on the thread ? ?
I’ve connected a couple female flexiconnectors together with a stainless steel double make connecting piece. They all leak water from the top part of the flexiconnector. How do I make that watertight??
