Hi, thanks for asking. The same pattern should work for one year olds. Just add a couple of extra rounds to increase the space for arm holes and the width of the tunic automatically increases. If you feel like you want a bigger neck, try starting your project with a foundation chain of 58 and work the increases the same way as explained in the video. Hope it helps.

I got mine from the local craft store here in Australia. If you are from India you can go to any blouse material or dress shop and get net fabric.

That would be only two rows of crocheting after the sleeve. You can make it longer if you want.
