You both are a pleasure to watch. You did what we wanted to do, but didn't. Thank you for being so thorough to show all the things you did together, and with the children. Great stuff. Beter than T.V. Thank you.

You guys never stop , exactly how we used to work 7 days straight through . Week after week , 2days off every 2 to 6 weeks depending what the contract timescale was , working highway construction side of the shell oils company . We were told , by management , if you take or book any breaks you dont have a job to come back to , worked that way for 24 years . Then all longterm workers were made redundant . Just like that . Keep going guys your doing excellent job .

You are both amazing! I LOVE seeing the tenderness and sweetness between you two under those playful little jabs. I just want to tell you, that you have inspired my husband and me to work some sho sugi ban into our upcoming project! We recently purchased an old beater three-horse trailer with plans to turn it into a rolling tiny house camper, which we're calling our "Tiny Tramper". We definitely plan to do the sho sugi ban on the long straight exterior runs, thanks to you both!

Well, I had to look up the Sho Sugi Ban technique. Very interesting and cool looking. Says it preserves the wood for 80-100 years and more
if oiled. Great job guys. Really interested to see this project come to fruition, especially the heating, cooling, water and waste systems.

Particularly enjoyed this one for several reasons. A) Music selection . As a Former N.Y.er and now Floridian, it made me nostalgic about my dance nights and work out days...lololol B) The completion of your goal C) The hard work and dedication you guys always put in D) The love and apparent way Ms. Erin takes care of Josh's cravings (Though I would give anything to see him down several little Debbie's with a glass of milk. Seeing it all on his stache and beard will be epic) E) Your consistency on quality videos etc, etc.
And for the love of God, hose that man down before he goes into the house...lol

You should look into a linear polisher. You can get them with a nylon brush instead of abrasive pads. It would cut your brushing time down to minutes instead of hours.

If you ever decide to Sho Sugi Ban something again, lay the boards out on the ground side by side, then use a wide push broom to brush several at a time with much less effort. Then roll them onto their sides, again right up against each other, and repeat.
