Initial Switch-on of a Collins ART-13 Transmitter (3 of 4)

Oh boy - nobody said this was going to be easy. Maybe I should read the manual? Still, a bit more progress - good to know the remote is working... but nothing for it to control apart from the mesmerizing turning of the knobs by the auto-tune mechanism. I guess that novelty will wear off soon unless I can get this thing to pump out some watts of RF!
