Because winter tempture is decreasing under ten degrees below zero. In additional, the spring and the summer's temputure are about twenty degrees above zero. You might be sick with a cold if you wear a T-shirt in fall and spring. On the other hands, if you stayed own home, you can wear T-shirts on every sesons. Because most apartments has warm stone skills that own korean skills. Otherwise, you can't go place which are wedding hall and meeting with T-shirts.
