Shinobu: she would so far, as to sacrificing herself, to save people she loved. Muichiro: even if he was agonizing in pain, even if he knows he won’t survive, he stands back up to help. Mitsuri: mitsuri loved everyone, she will not flinch to risk her life to save someone she holds dear. Sanemi: he cares. He cares so so much. He protects the people he loves, even if he puts his life on the line. Giyuu: if someone he cares about is in trouble, he won’t hesitate to make sure things go the right way, giyuu is not afraid of dying for the people that he loves. Gyomei: it does not matter to Gyomei rather or not he will die or not, protecting the ones that are important to him. He fights on knowing he has a very slim chance of living on. Obanai: he doesn’t show it but, he also cares very much. He focused on making sure people in danger would survive, and forgot about himself. the Hashira are so pure hearted, and nothing can change my mind
They are different in terms of strength and power. But all of htem have same mind set and same spirit. They will sacrifice everything they have jut full fill theri duties. So its just impossible to choose only one hashira
Whenever I listen this I get nostalgic. I've read the manga back in 2019 and weirdly it feels so far away. It's a good thing though; it means I'm living my life more mindfully and realizing that the time is passing.
I think killing off Rengoku in the first arc after Hashira introduction was necessary! It really raised the stakes of all the future battles and we started to appreciate all the Hashira battles even more! When a strong Hashira like Rengoku can die, then really No one is safe, anyone can die.

Even knowing she was the weakest of the hashira(which is by no means weak at all for regular demon slayers), she gave everything, battling her own weaknesses to give a decisive blow. She always has a special place in my heart. Hell she sacrificed herself because it meant a decisive blow to the upper ranks and she predicted it from the very beginning. She knew for the entire year she would be giving her life and never wavered in the slightest. Ofc all the other hashira would do the same but still. Anyways the end.

I always tend to not watch anime’s that are really good. I remember hearing demon slayer everywhere and I just Ignored it. I love anime but I don’t watch it like hardcore. Anyways I finished demon slayer S1 and I’m on the current episode but holy fuck this anime is really different. I love how diverse everyone is and it’s not just 2 main characters. Everyone in this anime has hands. This OST is by far one of my favorites because that Hashira meeting scene really captivated how serious it was. When I first watched ep23 and he started naming all the Hashira I got goosebumps.
Gyomei,Muchiro,Mitsuri,+Rengoku,Giyu,Shinobou,Tengen,Sanemi,Obanai the most powerful members of the demon slayer corps their arc are both wonderful and sad the anime has alot to live up but it done more then well thus far and will continue to do so with the entertainment arc being brought to life we will see what Tengen has to offer in the most Flamboyant way possible
