    I agree that the bags look beautiful but not user friendly. I had to return the neuf mini because it’s too difficult to put things in and take out

    I went to the polene store in Seoul and got the numero un nano and love it except that the button snap can be hard to align properly sometimes...Tried the dix but felt that it was too stiff to put what I need on a daily basis and the zip scratched my hand

    I have 5 Polene bags. Numero Un in black, 2 Un mini with gold chains in navy and blush nude( extremely practical and classy for evenings and outings),
    Neuf -9 in chalk and Tonca in baby blue. Love them all❤❤❤

    I couldn’t fit much in my numero un as it looks larger on the website but when I got it, it’s like a mini. I like that it’s affordable
    And leather is made in Spain

    So many people on this and other videos saying they’re not user friendly so why buy them? I want a bag I can actually use plus the reported drop in quality because of a boost in sales they can’t cope with.

    I love quiet luxury because I can get really nice things but I'm not wearing items that might make people feel some type of way.
    Modesty and humbleness are qualities to strive for.

    There already have been reviewers saying that, although it is a cute bag, the opening is too small to easily access your stuff and the zipper will scratch you.

    I received my first Polene bag two days ago. Right off the box, there was a stitch that came off inside the bag. So disappointed after reading so many good reviews.

    With the onset of AI, there should be some significant improvements as the company grows. But this is only effective if they decide to take advantage of the technology. In my opinion, there is nothing better than human, Customer Service options, but it is more apparent that many companies are moving to the technology of AI, rather than having real humans helping, their customers out. Call me traditional, but I think as a company grows, they should be very aware of these types of issues and jump on them quickly, especially considering the overall margins that they are making. As their margins increase, so should the customer experience. We will just have to see if they are wise enough to figure it out and actually apply it. When a company streamlines too much, they can end up, shooting themselves in their own foot.
