And I knew you’d pick a K-pop group as your dinner guests because they represent a part of you that is fun and would be an awesome evening. I forgot to ask too about when you became vegan and did you transition from carnivore, to vegetarian to vegan or did you decide when you were quite young that you knew veganism was for you?? As for UK food, it’s not that bad but I know the generalisation of stodgy beige food, unhealthy food that’s rich in sugar, fat and lacks flavour. As a chef who worked in product development and recipe redesigns I completely understand why people would think we’re all eating potato and meat based dishes when in fact we eat lots of vegetables and many have either an Indian (due to the amount of Indians that moved here) or Mediterranean influenced dishes because of pasta, oil over butter and more vegetables like aubergine (eggplant), tomatoes and olives which could also be Greek and Spanish foods. Because of the closeness to France, Spain, Scandinavia and how close we really are to Northern Africa we eat lots of dishes that have these influences. Bailey is definitely you in dog form as she is so sweet and intuitive but highly defensive especially around the ones she loves. I can fully understand why people want her and I’m shocked she was at a kill shelter. How could anyone give her up and put her in a horrible place. Teddy is just spoiled and knows it. When they were first introduced did they fight for dominance or was Bailey’s calm demeanour one that showed him they would get along like a charm? After I introduced my niece to your music she’s taken a deep dive into your hair videos and is obsessed with the really colourful ones especially the blues and purples. She has ‘feed me acid’ on repeat too which I take full credit as I was listening to it and she was curious from that first sentence!! I keep a *large* amount of starter in a 4qt jar. The other day I dumped out nearly all the starter, maybe had like a tbsp at the bottom of the jar, I filled it up about 3/4 full of the new mixture, oh man, Betty was so happy, she was overflowing that evening. I didn’t expect her to activate so quickly with such a little amount! Made me so happy to see her so vibrant and full of life, literally. 😅
Drives me nuts when people refer to objects as he or she 🙄
But she’s a living thing!
Couldn't agree more. I hope this trend ends soon.
@@_diet_cokeI’m sorry but trend? lmao it’s the same thing as a guy referring to his car as a female.
In other languages it's quite common 😊🤷♀️ I think it's rather endearing and has a somewhat romantic feel to refer to as such, it gives things a loving quality that feels looked after and cared for 😊
@@_diet_coke Seamen have been referring to their ships as a 'she' for centuries? There are also a lot of languages who gendered inanimate things. It's nothing new.
That bowl is so beautiful ❤
Every time i think about sourdough starterthe first thing thay comes to my mind is the MOTHER DOUGH from brooklyn 99 😂
Thank you once again for answering another barrage of questions from me. I love how open you are about everything and how much you tell us.
Can’t wait for the Azheek video and how you came up with the characters.
