EDIT: Or Survivor, I was opting for killer cuz he descended into madness in later tomes
I imagine his power would be able to reverse time. In his left had would be the broken irus (or however they spell the eye shaped thing), he could save his position and immediately teleport back to that location map wide. Or he could mark a survivor a note the spot they were in and then teleport them back to it, first you would need continuous line of sight to mark them and then when they are marked the spot they were at would be the area they would be sent back to when you choose to do so. But this aborbs energy from the irus, teleporting yourself takes less energy while teleporting a survivor takes more energy. But most notably his ability to affect evey aspect of the game. He could turn back time 15-30 seconds of anything present in the game. A generators progress, a totem being broken to fixed, a survivor that just healed would go back to being injured, a survivor that just got up from the floor would get sent back to the ground. Anything that happened 15-30 seconds ago happens again. The entire match's events replayed. To elaborate. When his power gage is full he could activate his main ability. Anything that happened 15 seconds ago by default will reverse. Using this ability fully drains all energy and has a 12 second cool down before your power meter begins to fill. So let's say you completed a generator, 10 seconds later The observer would activate his power and now your generator will go back to being 5 seconds before being powered. Note: the survivor would not get sent to the location they were at, just the status they were in.
In my knowledge that I seen and read if you want to understand the story you need to do the challenges obviously you won’t know them unless if you have those killers or survivors for example in the first tomb is easy because you will have already Trapper and Claudette those are free HOWEVER, if you want to do the “Saw” chapter you will need The Pig(Amanda young) and Detective Tapp to do the challenges
So Mikaela and Ghost Face get their own tome's but don't even have cutscenes about Mikaela or Ghostfaces but just about some dude's and soldiers bonking Oni? My brain hurts.

Im pretty confident that the first part represents the death of the red baron a infamous German pilot in ww1 who was killed by a soldier on the ground those soldiers were sent into the entity's realm as eather survivors or killer's, the next part is definitely in the entity's realm and the character in the plague doctor outfit might be another blight like character doing experiment's in the entity's realm but unlike blight is favoured since the entity dragged that other guy away so he could be a member of the black vail as for the oni he's getting a blighted skin and they need a reason a character of his power level would be a victim of the blight so they used that cube to kill him only for the blight to bring him back and is also used to show off how powerful that cube thing is
All this tells me is how Oni got his Blighted skin, about a dimension traveling hook?, and some WW1 soldiers finding a cave with glyphs that's a font of Entity power. Eh?
This video shows that survivors -are- able to fight back the killers, so why the hell is Resident Evil cast and David running from Hag, Scream, Legion, Pig, and to some extent Wesker with Chris in specific who has been shown to have no fear of going hand-to-hand with Wesker.
Are they on a low budget? What are they doing with the 10 bucks we spent on a SINGLE cosmetic? I love DBD but honestly the only character I recognized here was the Oni 💀

Where’s Ghostface and Mikaela’s cutscenes? Have they just not come out yet or is this all we get? If so I have to say this sucks.. I’m also unfortunately not the biggest fan of the art style, the art style is not as good as previous tomes.
I think this is more of an experimentation, when Clown had a Tome, the cutscene was with a different style and people liked it and asked for more. And last Tome had very different look as well.
It looks like a war took place for something and maybe the gunner who took down the fighter plane survived and built a sacrificial hook to feed the entity but oni trying to save the guy on it and wanting that guy dead-i don't see how it fits together...hmm...
@@BadaBadger survivors are already able to push the killer around enough, being able to straight up attack them would make the game even more frustrating for killers than it already is.
