I told myself hey, just make this a gen-thing and then all the spots I needed to fill with clips were just perfect for Catradora so like! Guess that's that!
Low/No Edits because its been a hot minute since I made one of these. Was fun making it, might do another one since I am neck deep love with She-Ra.

This is straight-up the first AMV that I ever watched, for anything, and wow you set a high bar to clear! Every matchup is perfection, I love how the beats connected to the music, it's just brilliant!

Dude I had all of catradora spoiled for me. I saw a 16-minute video of their story line and had no context for the rest of the series. I was so worried it was all spoiled.

A classic AMV song and honestly perfect for this show! Love your choices for each "character" in the song especially She-Ra as the Messiah because that's just canon :)

You have to do another one of these with the new seasons, this was really good. I especially liked how the characters popped up when the different roles were sung in the song. Like Bow for "The Honest" and She-Ra as "The Messiah". That was an amazing scene.

Wow. I absolutely love this. I can't stop watching it! I also love the way they assigned the labels in the song to the fitting characters (0:48, 1:48, 1:59)! Examples: the prophet - light hope, the honest - bow, the victim - entrapta, etc....

This is undoubtedly the best She-Ra edit I've seen.
I knew this was gonna be some good shit when it started and it was building up and you used the establishing shots of the world
And the scenes matched so well to the music, like when it said something about the light and then the clouds over Bright Moon went away :]
And the song choice was great too!
Also idk if it was intentional but when the music said 'raise your hands toward the sun' and it showed Catra poking Adora's head I was like :')
Oh yeah and I forgot to mention, I thought all the 'characters' in the song (civilian, martyr etc.) matched your choice of She-Ra characters so well, especially with Catra and Adora as the pariah and the messiah

Okay so the only reason I know of This Is War is because of SAO Abridged so the second the chorus kicked in my head was filled with thoughts of “I hate that goddamn hat.”

Oh! I originally got the clips for this one from kimcartoon, I downloaded the episodes and then clipped them down after watching it on netflix about twenty times! There are prob other sites that offer DDL but I don't know of them off the top of my head, you could probably find them with a bit of poking around.

lonaris13 what I’m saying is everyone is making everyone different was one way to diversify the show so everyone could have a character they relate with. I’m white and even I think it’s good that they didn’t make everyone the same like the original.
