Those orange Valmets came to traffic back in 1974, so not quite new in 1986. These videos bring so much memories. The ambulance was a great catch. It's nickname was the Bakery Delivery Mercedes. Back in 80's it was a popular transport van, especially in bakery business. The blue beacon panel on the roof is Whelen model 80. It has strobe lights on both sides.
