"I can't stop me" is the song that NINA danced to in the final dance game of "NiziU SCOUT".
In #7-2 of the second part of NIZI PROJECT, the team of MAYA and MIIHI performed "Feel Special" and the girls cried when they won. So, in NiziU's "STEP AND A STEP" MV, there is a scene similar to "Feel Special" where MAYA sails in search of MIIHI.
"T.T" was performed by the MIIHI team at the NIZI PROJECT Part 1 showcase.
Judges SANA and MOMO also seemed to be having a lot of fun.
I think NiziU's "Make you happy" is an homage to "LIKEY".
AYAKA was riding a bicycle, MIIHI was riding a kick boat, and NINA was riding roller skates.
“Dance The Night Away” was performed by MAYUKA and NINA in #4-1 of NIZI PROJECT Part 2.

OMG Serenity is going to a Twice concert 🤯🤯 - Mihi was scouted at a Twice concert, dare I say maybe we'll be seeing Serenity at a JYP training room soon too 😍🤞🤞 - Glad you'll get a chance to see VCHA and are discovering Twice in the process. Twice just released a pre-release single w/MV called "I Got You" and they are having another comeback probably next friday with "One Spark" so they will probably be added to the set list for the Twice concert you'll be going to.

The difference between TWICE and Blackpink is that TWICE had their own Style of music. Blackpink had TEDDY's Style of music since their debut. TWICE wrote most of their music, some they composed and being part of the production. Twice had it's own style of music even with different types of genres they make.
But still, both group are amazing on their own way of making music.
and YG taught Blackpink to be a Business owners. JYP taught TWICE to be an Artists. Hahahah

In I Can't Stop Me, I liked those brief scenes of them individually running into the background in flowing dresses, with the light coming from the background. I also like the style & melody of the song. (Adds to my own playlist 😊)

🎶 I first heard TT from Nizi Project when Miihi used it for a solo dance. I think TT refers to the 😭 emoji of two capital Ts representing the shut eyes with tears pouring.
🎶 I got the same feeling as you in noticing the similarity between the riding scenes in Likey with NiziU's Make Me Happy. My favorite parts of Likey includes the girls yelling "Twice!" at the start. I like the tune of the verses & pre-chorus more than the chorus, although still liking the whole song overall.

But keep posted on the news, as there might be an announcement like, a new updated light stick might be sold exclusively at the concert. 😮 I heard you may need to bring your own batteries though. 😅

For the concert! I went to their concert in SoFi last year and from what ive seen theyre basically keeping the same formula but they switch around the set list a little bit, but basically they DO play near all their title tracks, as well as popular B-sides like 'Brave' and 'Go Hard', they even have NINE individual solo stages for each girl which as of now consists on Nayeon singing her solo title track 'Pop!', Jeongyeon singing 'Can't stop this feelin', Momo doing a DANCE performance of 'MOVE' (the J-line stages are DANGEROUS), Sana singing 'New Rules' by dua lipa, Jihyo singing her B-side 'Closer' from her solo album 'Zone' (she had performed 'Nightmare' and the title track 'Killin' Me Good' at previous concerts), Mina is singing '7 Rings' by Ariana Grande, Dahyun starts everything with a PIANO SOLO of 'Try', Chaeyoung sings a her own personal song called 'My Guitar', and Tzuyu sings 'Done for me' (these are not the order in which they sing, I just went in age order as whats usual with Onces lol) they also added in their new english single 'I Got You' into the mix!
They also have a melody of their title tracks towards the end! and then at the end they have an 'encore' wheel that can range from not often played B-sides, to sub unit stages!
It also tickles me about how MUCH other new and up coming groups do Twice song covers that you keep mentioning, Twice really had a deep impact in K-pop it's wonderful
Yes! I think it’s so ironic that I learned twice from the smaller groups covering them 😅 but regardless I’m here now and am definitely not going anywhere! I didn’t realize how many songs they sang at the concert. This has me even more excited!
As majestic as the MVs are they never do the choreos justice. I recommend dance practices, bc Twice EATS their choreos.

I Can't Stop Me is my favorite Twice songs. I love it when kpop sounds like 80s music. I'm partial to Likey because it was the music video was filmed in Vancouver.

You should check the Feel Special on this tour, it comes with live band and the lyrics are from them to them so in the concert is a very special and meaningfull song, fans will sing the fanchant of the song at the end so dont be surprised if everyone goes nuts with Feel Special

I wish you paid more attention to the lyrics of these songs. Not one mention of the lyrics in Feel Special. That's crazy
Feel Special was written and produced when Twice was going through a lot of difficulties/scandals in 2019. Mina had to go on a mental health break from group activities due to her anxiety. Sana was going through a dumbass scandal where netizens were butthurt about her mentioning a Japanese political post that Korean netizens found insensitive due to their history. This was the time that "Sana lost her smile." Imagine Sana walking around without smiling? 😡 While Mina was away from group activities for most of 2019, she made an appearance in the MV and one version of the dance practice. This is why she's center at the very beginning of the MV. All the members are shown alone at the beginning of the MV but then show that they're actually in pairs. The lyrics were written by JYP after hearing about the member's difficulties over dinner during that year. Feel Special is a very "special" one for Once and the members.

Starting to think that your favorite member might be Sana (definitely looks-wise, anyways). She was the one you had to take a moment to fawn over in Nizi Project too.
Yeah, basically a lot of those girl group survival shows that JYP does is a pretty direct and explicit attempt to re-capture the lightning-in-a-bottle magic that Twice had specifically, but it's pretty much impossible. Make You Happy is definitely somewhat emulating Likey and Step and a Step is probably somewhat emulating Feel Special as well.

Yes. I do think Sana may be my bias at this point 😅. I could see the relation between the two songs. I got to say JYP happen to hit the nail on the head with these girls. @@SerenityReacts I think I favor Mina in the music videos (in every song she seems to have a softer hypnotic ethereal moment that everything seems to stop and go quiet for, which I think has the coolest effect) and Dahyun outside of the music (her charisma is so amusing).

I'm kind of dissapointed that when you watch feel special you did not pay any attention to the lyric at all..., i think if you see the lyric you will be able to understand the music video better.

if you want to learn more about their personality, i think time to twice is a great start since it was on youtube and easily accesible. my favorite TTT is Time to twice crimes scene. beside TTT there is also Twice TV, it was really entertaining and funny especially Twice tv season 5 switzerland:)
