I personally feel this song has to do with someone going through depression they believed they were over. Referencing that "old friend" that they haven't seen in a long while. Despite changing their surroundings (address) and friends/networking/social media (phone), having found someone to be with (love of my life) who perhaps has never known this side of them (I'll introduce you) they find themselves in this gloom again. They wonder how it happened again (how'd you find me here?) But aren't completely surprised as they perhaps never fully healed/got over the depression but it doesn't end in sadness as they plan on working on it sometime soon (have work to do this summer time) overall a beautiful song
