Yes I had the same experience with village candles too. You have no choice but to crock it, which I had to do. It wasn’t a repurchase for me. I picked them up at a local grocery store on a BOGO, so I said why not. Now I see 👀
@ericlemite6800 Yeah, to the candle crock it goes! If I find another scent I love on cold I might get it🤔 A BOGO deal is great but not if it gives up before the halfway mark😅
@@MeetMsMarie Yeah, it’s one of those candles if I see it deeply discounted!!! It will definitely go straight into the crock. I’ll just treat it like a big ass wax melt… 🤣
@@CandleNurse No, TBH just because we have experience with better quality candle companies. The only way I would say it’s worth trying, if you see them on clearance. I recommend just crocking the candle, to get a throw. You won’t have to worry about pouring out wax. Hopes this helps ☺️

Chiming in to say yes they are worth trying if you find them on sale and enjoy the scent. Otherwise, it was kind of lackluster.
