Giving you a random demonetization sounds like such a RUclips thing to do. I swear RUclips has so many double standards. They gave you a demonetization, yet they'll let blatantly NSWF ads go through. Moving on from RUclips's hypocrisy, can anyone tell me why Alcryst is such a sad boi? Reading his dialog for his base version, and now his groom version, I'm just thinking, "Wow, this guy has zero self-confidence or self worth. What made him like this?"
I call Alcryst a worse Engage version of Marianne. 3H Marianne also has low self-esteem issues, stemming from her cursed Crest. But after she grows out of the Academy years, Marianne tries to get out of the negative mindset. Alcryst on the other hand seems to use his brother, Diamant as a crutch. He seems perfectly fine with being second banana to Diamant and doesn't try to get out of his self worth issues. As for what made Alcryst like this--I really don't know. Probably the upbringing, but in Engage we never see Alcryst's mother and the father is poorly written.
In mainline FE games, trainee units like Donnel are very bad units at the start but become really solid as they get leveled up and even insane units sometimes. In FEH, it translates to a unit having 5 more BST than their current generation of units of their class type. This gives them a bit more staying power due to having more stats than their peers and this often leads to them being a really F2P options in Arena. Hope that clears it up!
They have this weird tendency to spam us with the same class of units. Remember it was Axe Infantries before? and before that Lance Fliers, Axe Cavaliers? Alcryst could easily have been a Red Bow Cavalier at the least, that would have been more unique.
Too bad most of these nukes chunk the unit's hp before doing damage. And then ignoring half or majority of that DR. Might as well just give them 0 defensive stats since they're so worthlessly irrelevant nowadays.
Oop, sorry about the reupload. Despite Alcryst being another red bow and being somewhat similar to Cyril, I'm still gonna build him up because he's one of my favorite Engage heroes and I find his stat spread a bit better, despite the arena scoring.
As someone with a +10 Cyril in Arena I can say that I have been saved quite a few times by his surprising HP bulk. I really wish Alcryst had been a Blue Bow Infantry, I might have been tempted to build the best male character from Engage if he had.

We are in 2024 and there is still no unit in the 3*/4* pool which has Atk/Spd Oath 3. Why is it still locked to grails and 5* units.
