Hi. As per the video, the cost of BP is 690 crowns and if you complete the BP this season, you will have enough crowns to buy the next BP. You can insure your loadout as you go into an Encounter, but that can become very costly. There is a store to buy crowns, but you can still earn and gain crowns by playing the game - Crates & Antenna. Many Outlanders do not spend any money on the game an they can still play it as intended, but if you have the spare money, you can buy alot of things in the game to help with progression as well as cosmetics to look cool. You currently still need to get those resources to build your Improvements in the Shelter, to then use the plans you have bought. I hope this has helped
What changed for crates haha... they need... need. Need to have plans. Game has zero appeal for new people to join when all they get is Thompson and 1911 hhaha. Like that's a joke. I have a level 10 crafting table... I can NOT even craft a grease gun, mosin, or m16. Plus others. But are you serious. That's a joke and obviously straight pay to win if we can't get healing plans or weapons plans from crates... the thing the game literally teaches you prioritize in the beginning. But they are actually completely useless.

However, it is marked in black and white that the home screen and the menu for opening the crates that it is possible to obtain plans when opening the latter, but it's a scam . I was playing on PS5, I had all the seasons, the refuge on full blast, I had all the plans, I've been on Xbox for almost 9 months now, I ONLY have the Thompson available, it's rubbish mouth, I don't dare imagine for those who launch Vigor for the first time.
@@TinyOnlinei’ve just opened over 100 crates from green crates all the way to gold crates, also elim crates and shootout crates. I got 2 plans and they were only out of 10 blue crates. Both of the plans were shit. Bear trap plan and alarm trap plan. Please pass that on to the devs. Crates need plans in them to keep the newer players.
@@devine532 Thank you for you comment and I did pass it on to the Devs. I can confirm that the Devs have come back to me and basically confirmed the following - 'The plans can be found in All of the crates except Weapon, Resources and Common. The higher the rarity the higher the chance of appearing.' Also 2 in 10 blue crates is great odds, even if you aren't keen on the actual plan given.
@@TinyOnline also can you tell the devs to consider buffing the svu with a 20 round mag. Vss has a 10 round so why not make the gold rarity svu have 20. Thank you.
As the Devs have said at the end of 2023 on the Dev streams & TikToks, the Weapon overhaul and the Shelter change are still in the works and they hope to have them coming at some point this year. This is not a promise, but a target.
As I understand it, Legacy is due to finish at the end of Season 18. A new Shelter Improvement has been mentioned to replace the Legacy, but nothing has been confirmed on when this Improvement is coming. Once I know and can share it, I plan to make a video
@@TinyOnline please do because as of right now my friends who are new can't get plans for consumables or weapons (ammo really because crafting weapons is pointless) and it makes them not want to play as much. They can't even get healing plans which makes this game even more impossible. Hope the devs listen and keep what little integrity of the game is left!!
I am very fond of the Snow theme NGL. Snow outfits have been asked from the community for a long time, so I feel alot of Outlanders will be happy What's your favourite outfit - which one are you going to aim for?
@@TinyOnline I like how realistic it is. You need to control the weapons correctly based on the type, fire rate, range, ect. I like how you do not need to connect with the majority of the mag to kill other players. The play style is players choice. Sneak/Camp or Run/Gun I like the hight difficulty level of the game. It makes successful deployments that much more gratifying. The moments where you have to weigh the risks vs. rewards, during encounters, if you should stay and try for more loot or even the care package or leave with your life and what you have looted already. I like the scarcity of the supplies and weapons . In short hard, realistic, challenging games is what I enjoy.
With the past few seasons there have been some subtle changes to some guns, for example this season the KS-23 got a fire rate buff, in the season where the L96 was added they buffed the damage of most (but not all) rifles, im hoping they buffed the G3's a bit this season
I'm not aware of any weapon changes as they would be in the change log at the beginning of every season, or mid season updates. I know a major weapon overhaul is planned, but no time frame has been given, other than a target for this year.
I should mention, the changes I mentioned weren’t in the patch notes, for example the PH sniper went from doing about 65 damage to the torso to being a one shot without a plate and about 70 damage to the limbs

Especially with the major weapon overhaul in progress, it wouldn't make sense to make small unannounced changes to singular weapons, especially without gathering feedback from community about it.' I'm a Partner with them. I help promote and communicate with the community, a little like a middle person/messenger. I pass information, ideas, suggestions, issues etc onto the Devs and I get some perks for doing so. @@TinyOnlinei also have an idea for crossbow that if a player shoot another player with it will start the bleeding effect for 5 seconds like the hyperthermia statuses effect
@@TinyOnlinesince the crossbow current state is kinda bad I was thinking that crossbow could have a bleeding effect as I said before but how it works that if a player get hit in the leg or torso it will start the bleeding as of the player bleeding they will leave a lot blood trail and concussed till the bleeding ends and if not careful the bleeding can kill

Hello where is the weapon overhaul and shutter overhaul ?
As the Devs have said at the end of 2023 on the Dev streams & TikToks, the Weapon overhaul and the Shelter change are still in the works and they hope to have them coming at some point this year. This is not a promise, but a target.
The shelter overhaul maybe here in Season 19 - check out the Dev stream in about an hour and half.
