Our lives before Christ resembled a grave. Destined for destruction and hell. But rejoice, that God turns these graves into gardens through the atoning work of his only begotten son, Jesus Christ! I love how you explain how this song relates to you. I think there is an aspect of worship that people are seeking that breeds popularity, and you are hunkering in the roots of worship
Just last week the lyrics hit me and hit me hard. We had been playing it for quite a while and I just now got it. "He turns bones into Armies" powerful imagery.
I love that you do these play through as female led keys. My church has female leads and we have a hard time finding recordings. Does your church have a RUclips channel where the worship is recorded? Thanks for all you do
Hi Troy, I’ve got a question… I’ve watched your video about gain stacking/staging that you uploaded years ago. I’m still confused in which order should i put my gain pedals… I have benson preamp, a klon, and a truetone v3 vs-xo dual overdrive.
@@GuitarforHISGlory for worship songs. In a song for example, the verse will be clean, and the pre chorus with a clean gain, and first chorus with more gain… you know, ascending 📈. Gets louder and fuller, or “build up” arranged overdrives.
@@simonkeenangomez Right. My question is how do YOU intend to use each pedal. Or did you buy each one not really knowing what role they would play in your setup?
@@GuitarforHISGlory which pedal should i use for the first gain (light gain)? The benson preamp or the klon or the truetone dual overdrive? And which one should i use for the last gain (high gain)?

This helps a lot for me. I’m a male but sing graves in D so this really helped
Glad to hear that!
I've been watching your lead guitar covers, thank you for using your talent for Jesus, hoping to cover 'You hold me now' by Hillsong
Nice job man. Sounds great. What guitar is that. I thought it was a Veritas but the headstock is different.
A friend built it for me. 👍🏻

How do you plan to utilize each of them? What role will they play? That's the first step.

Is that a duesenberg trem?
Yes. 👍🏻
@@GuitarforHISGlory tell us what guitar that is 🔥♥️
What guitar is this?
Veritas portlander.
I am currently researching but that is not a Veritas Portlander. The body shape, lack of headstock coin, and pickguard shape show that much.
@@joshuabenton3785 not to mention the fender like headstock with the pyramid logo
And duesenberg tremolo…
