लाखों लोगों की जान की गारन्टी यही लोग देते हैं, मौसम चाहें कैसा भी हो, ये हमेशा बिना परवाह किये ड्यूटी करते हैं।
जिंदगी में कुछ भी बनना लेकिन गैंगमैन मत बनना, ना ही पैसा है ना ही इज्जत , मिलती है तो सिर्फ गाली , एक गैंगमैन की आवाज
सही कहा भाई लेकिन ये नौकरी एक बवासीर की तरहा है बाहर से लोगो को लगता है वाह रेलवे में।है लेकिन अंदर से हमको ही मालूम है की क्या तकलीफ झेल रहे है न ही ये नोकरी किसी को बताने लायक है की हम रेलवे में ये काम करते है बवासीर की तरह है ये नोकरी ना सहा जाए ना कहा जाए

Most of workers are senior old workers. Doing hard work manually in the age of technology. Indian railways should stop exploitation of workers low paid in violation of ILO conditions and regulations.
If they would have used technology than 70 percent workers would have vanished right now

the hardships of the Railway Gangman during his daily work on the rail tracks have been effectively shown in this video. The Railway authorities seems to be delinquent about the gangman's problems he faces in maintaining the rail track fit enough to run the rail operations smoothly on 24x7 hrs basis as the nature of work demands physical fitness to utmost level without which it is impossible for one to carry on such an arduous task on daily basis.
Good efforts to project their lion's share contribution of these unsung heroes of the Indian Railways. Congratulations!!
