Could we get an English translation of this video? What is he saying about the serve tossing arm?

Don't know how to do subtitles, but I translated from 1:00 to 2:05 for you.
"What I think is the most important thing about serving, is that you have a good toss. Something to keep in mind is to (after you've started bouncing [the ball]) shift your weight to your back leg and pause for a second. Because then it is much easier to move your weight forward at the same time as you toss. The most important thing about your tossing arm, in my opinion, is to keep it at 12 o'clock, in stead of at 3 o'clock, parallel with the baseline. Then it's much easier to make a stable toss. And it might look something like this. *serves*
The strength with my serve is my timing. That and very good technique allows me to get away with a relatively low toss. I am then able to always have my body weight in a forward momentum and accelerate constantly. I don't lose any speed that way. Nowadays, when I serve, they are about 240-245 kph. That gives the opponent just barely half a second to react and act. And, preferably, deliver a decent return.
I've played tennis since I was five years old. It's the competitive element that keeps me motivated. To stand there, man against man, and try to beat your opponent and find a solution to the problem."

@@DiscoMats Thank you so much for that. I am very interested in the toss arm position. Do other people here agree with me that his arm seems to be pointing approximately at the net post, or possibly a little to his left of it? I struggle a little with this “clock” business! I would call this position about 1:00 or 1:30. Using the image of 12:00 possibly gives him the feeling that he is looking for. In any event, I would have loved to have this man’s serve. It is extremely impressive. Thanks, again!

@@budg.6094 For one thing, Johansson is about 6'6", which gives him a huge serving advantage, and in this video, almost 10 years younger from the present year. The toss position (control) as well as the height of the toss (control again), AND the physical ability to exact a physical "kinetic chain", which follows the toss, pronation, wrist snap and follow through, are all key components for a serve of this caliber. Recreational, club-level players, in all practicality, won't be able to produce all elements, however the toss position and height can be developed to a constant! To jump into a proper ball toss, following one's weight transfer, such as he demonstrates, is easier said than done. He does make it look easy. The other thing is that the serving arm is always loose, never rigid.
