philips gate lock have auto lock , when you close your gate it will auto lock even your door is stay open

Can ask what u mean by Lockin has no WiFi feature? I thought Lockin v5 max is able to unlock remotely and also to access the CCTV feature from phone and even talk via it?

By Lockin has no wifi feature, we meant that it does not have the remotely unlock with app function. For instance, when you’re away from home let’s say in your office, you are unable to use the Mijia app to unlock for a visitor in real time.

@@iori09 Hi Desmond, yes you would be able to issue a temporary OTP to allow the visitor to unlock in real time, because there is already a list of OTPs that are preset within the system 😄hence when you want to issue OTP in real time, the system just releases an OTP from the list, to you

Hello @sodiumhydroxie Yes installations are included! The warranty of all our digital locks are covered by the authorised brand's distributor in Singapore! For example, if you purchase Philips, the lock's 3 years onsite warranty would be covered by Philips, and not Hoz :)

At Hoz, we have a strict protocol on the authorised brands that we carry and represent, hence the brands that we would review and carry, are reputable brands in the market of at least 5 years.
Unfortunately, Yew digital lock does not meet our requirements and standards.

Hi @blackcouger facial recognition for gate lock is a new technology that has yet to stabilise, hence it is not adopted by the established authorised digital lock dealers yet :) When the authorised dealers launch them, we would do a new video on it! Stay tune!
