    hello i have 2 ds k1t804amf devices am trying to do this setup but the sender is not opening the door? The reciever is working poperly what is the problem?

      Hi @@mranderson63AMG Please check the wiring and also the settings. If you follow the video closely, it should work without a problem.

    If use 2 side thumbprint device..can use master password or not? Or only thumbprint and card?

      Hi @markmacalaladseralvo8458 what kind of sound? If its system sound, can go in reader setting and off the sound.
