Hi Steve, I really need help with this. My V3 keeps freezing when watching live TV. It’ll freeze for a few seconds, sometimes longer, and then just resume like nothing happened. I’ve reached out to customer service a couple of times, but they just pass me around with no real solution. I’ve already spent the money on it, so I’m stuck. Any idea how to fix this? Hi this is scooter Steve I didn't hear from you but just want to let you know you shouldn't have any cooking sound coming out of your Auto make sure you turn your volume on your television all way up first then use the Valium on the box remote control you shouldn't have any noise coming out of it if you do there's something wrong with your box you might want to send it back to where you purchase it from cuz I never heard of such a thing like that noise coming out of the sound you're the first one I heard ever say that that they were getting a clicking sound the only thing I hear people saying is they turn the volume on the remote control on the box up and then they forgot to turn the television sound up you have to make sure your volume on your TV set is turned all the way up and then used to remote control from the VC box and turn the volume all the way up but if you're getting a bunch of interfering noise check your HDMI cable I never use the one that comes with the box it doesn't work very good I use it better cable I threw the cables away it comes in the box because they're cheaply made they don't give you a good HDMI cables to try that and see if that she fixed the problem if it doesn't contact where you purchased the box from maybe you'll have to send it back cuz you're the first one I ever heard I mentioned that I hope this help you out this is scooter Steve I sent you a phone number you can actually call me up and I can tell you a little more so I can see what's going on with your box
Hi Steve. My family has 4 of these boxes from 3 different providers and all have this problem. We followed your directions and the apps were installed.The problem is we can get none of the apps besides the heat apps to download. Buffers forever. Any suggestions?
Hi this is scooter Steve I own three boxes myself and they work excellent I have no buffering at all right now I am watching Superman it's been on for 5 hours and it just keeps playing and playing so I don't have any problems at all it's part of your settings in your box some of the things I cannot show on my RUclips channel how to fix it cuz sometimes I will get red flag but if you need any help please call me at my phone number and I can explain to you a lot much clearer how to fix it there's a couple steps you would have to do there's different servers on this box if there's too many people on One server you have to change the server but I can show how to do it but I can explain to you if you call me back by phone and I can help you get your boxes back and running I don't work for the company I just know how to fix these boxes cuz I get other information from other people we go to chat lines especially when you have a RUclips channel this is my phone number 760-336-5536 this is a Vista California phone number and I gladly help you out this is scooter Steve you have a wonderful day

Upon getting home I removed the security verify apps, deleted and uninstalled the apps I was having problems with and this time they downloaded. I had tried this procedure before with no luck. Hi this is scooter Steve I got your message at you on the way for a trip just wanted to let you know I did film a new video right now at the box was updated so everything is going to be working fine you're going to find us going to be more applications in it all together there should be 25 applications if you don't see it on the box just unplug it for 30 seconds and then plug the box back in I had to do that on one of my boxes and all the new stuff came back in my second box I didn't have to do that but everything should be running if you need anything else or any help just call me I'm there for you I also show on my website about security thing must be turned off and that will fix the problem if you had a problem before it didn't but they didn't update so now everything is working fine anything comes up I'll make another video but check out my new video I just made a couple days ago if you need any help you can give me a call you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and be safe this is scooter Steve from RUclips
All the applications are working now they're done the maintenance try your box right now I just tested mine and it's working everybody's telling me there's is working even the elite channels are working too and the heat application is working on your vseebox elite

V3 Plus does not have all the elite channels the only one it does will be the vseebox elite it has 21 applications that's including the heat applications all together it's the only box that has a lot of movies that you can watch and TV shows
I did that same process now the app buffers non-stop after pressing Download and won't open. since you did not show that step could you check if you encounter same issues.
Hi Christy sorry about that I'm having trouble with my cell phone cuz I'm someplace else I'm using someone's internet keeps knocking me off you only have to do those steps if you have a problem with your box and it has a line slash on it all you need to do is update it what I'm showing you what to do working
Hi Chrissy I'm back home right now you pushed the wrong button on the box you go into the app application like I was saying you open up the one it's not working and then what you're supposed to do is push clear data and it will go 00 and then you go back up and hit uninstall and then you go back to the homepage and you will see a line check and then you open it up and then the box will start working I have no buffering there was nothing said about downloader that you were talking about you might want to watch the video all over again I made it I tell people do not push the wrong buttons well this is scooter Steve

When you go to the app store they do not buffering when you turn the box on I don't understand what you're talking about cuz I'm on it right now and directly when you turn it on it says vseebox elite
It will not work with I have the superbox elite ultra they took the application out now there's no more elite ABS in the super box this application is only for the vseebox elite
If you have area 51 and it says invalid the easy step to do is going to the settings go into the application and open up area 51 uninstall it then return and go back to the homepage and to be an error on it open it up again and it should come back up cuz all the applications on the box is working great on the vseebox elite
Already i bought two months ago brand new superbox elite ultra since the elite apps are not working so thats why i am thinking to go for vsee box elite or may be ocstream elite max what do you think steve which one is more better please help
@HarisKhan-zv6tm hi this is scooter just want to let you know the best one to get it has all the applications on it it's got 11 applications elite and four of the heat applications that would be the vseebox elite this is the better one I have two of them it has a lot of TV shows a lot of movies on demand more than any of their Android boxes I do have the super box elite ultra it used to have 21 applications but now it's a sitting in the drawer I don't use it anymore because they took all the leak applications out that was the super box I don't recommend the super box anymore I show it on my channel just to warn people and it only has four applications in it the super box I got your message about it that you purchased the super box but I don't deal with them anymore so if you go to my other pictures on my RUclips channel you would see where the purchase the vseebox elite you can get it on eBay and there is a code number I put on there that you put on the web browser and it will go directly to the seller there's only two sellers selling it but there's only a limited amount and that will be on eBay I hope this helped you out this is scooter Steve anything else please let me know you have a wonderful day and I just want to let you know it is 128 memory on it lots of storage bye for now

Look like defect in box I done this multiple times box play good for few days and then apps go back out

Would this work for the Max Sports, Max Vod, etc that has not been working as well?

Everything is running now you have to do a factory reset and reinstall everything and it will work
Can u install the elite apps on the v3plus

Can you add these apps if you have the s5 max?
X5 Max you cannot add on to it the application is only going to be on the vsee box elite only

My app store juat keep buffering. The apps will not ahow up

So on my box my Area 51 is installed but it saying"Account is Expired or Invalid"
If you have area 51 and it says invalid the easy step to do is going to the settings go into the application and open up area 51 uninstall it then return and go back to the homepage and to be an error on it open it up again and it should come back up cuz all the applications on the box is working great on the vseebox elite
