Ron1n is both OP and balanced. Think about it. Ron1n would definitely get killed so easily agaisnt heavy attack characters especially snipers cuz i've fought a lot of ron1n players and they just don't pay attention to snipers. I've used sniper characters a lot especially Virus and i think she can oppose ron1n that well considering her skill basically just drain his HP real quick.
