I drive a C Class with amg package. C200 petrol. Same 2 liter as the C250 and C300. GoPro Hero 4 with Mercedes Benz C200 drive. City of Rotterdam. Point of view POV driving Mercedes AMG package.

If you got to pay attention to make sure these features are working, you might as well pay attention to the road without them. Blind side and lane warning is nice though on my E350.

@Hasimov Ahmed. Audi is fucking garbage. Nothing fucking works right and Audi doesn't want to fix any of it. I'm just glad that I leased this one instead of buying it because it's residual value plummeted. i'm counting the day until my A6 lease is over.

In the W221 the Nightvision signals you that its unavailable when using it on Daylight. Didn't knew that it works in the W222.
Maybe in the prefacelift, in the 2010+ CL class, which is identical to the s class, it works during they day

The steering assist feature is still not reliable, and definitely not at the level of Tesla. Not even in the new E class. Mercedes has some major catching up to do.
***** LOL. Mercedes doesn't hold a candle to Tesla when it comes to technology. I say that as a mercedes owner. And mercedes has had more trips to the service center than all my other cars combined.

I don't even like Tesla, per se, I can just remain objective to know that it is a far more advanced vehicle when it comes to autonomous/assisted driving, when compared to Mercedes.
I'm not a tesla salesman, just somebody who appreciates technology, and incidentally, also understands statistics, something you evidently have no hope of grasping.

Thank God, MB decided to finally put in a 3 spoke steering wheel!!! That other wheel in precious models was atrocious!
It's actually rather pleasant. I had a 2007 E-Class with the 4 spoke steering wheel and its larger size and round bottom made it rather nice for motorway cruising. In fact for motorways it's better than the new 3 spoke wheels.

How did you get the IWC clock without it being an AMG model?
hack169 i think its part of the luxury pack.Notice the wood trimming.You dont AMG package for the clock
I guess it might be different in the US, the IWC clock is only on the S63 and S65 models.
Does enybody know at what speed the car goes to 8th and 9th gear? Because it seems like 8th and 9th are rather rarely used
Maciej Barczyk not all of them have the 9 speed transmission. The diesels and the v6 models have a 7 speed. As well as the amg's. The v8 models have the 9 speed

But why S 2017? The S-Class from this video is the old one from 2013. The new model of the S-Class will be released in 2017 but hasn't been released yet and will look more like the E-Class with Multibeam leds and a better dashboard

I don't need to google it because I work for Mercedes and we released the new S-Class in June 2013 here in Germany and later in 2014 it was introduced in the USA. The older model was the W221 which got build from 2005 until 2013 and the new model is the W222 which started being produced in 2013. Later in 2017 there will be a facelift revealed for the W222 ;) Just type in google pictures W222 facelift and you'll see a lot of prototypes.
moonkey45 well now it's more believable. You should have said you worked for them in germany. Because you are correct. The facelift S class was released in 2014 for US and Canada. But Germany is 2013🙂

sure if u want to pay 80k on options sure.
no, certain options are only available for s500 and up, such as the magic (carpet) body control suspension
