I have long hair so I use a bonnet and a big clip to hold all my curls on the top of my head so they won't get smoshed, I also sleep on a satin pillow case, haha I don't take any chances with my hair.

I use an Invisibobble to put my hair up. I'm struggling to find a satin anything that I like and that will stay on my head, so I put a little oil in at night. Really helps to keep my hair from drying out overnight.
