I have prologic7 too and for now I have not installed because I'm too worried about sound quality and I have no information about this specific thing and the use of OEM mic for phone calls too.

Can you connect to CarPlay while the MHD gauges are running

do you have to route the aux cable out or can you just use bluetooth on your phone to the unit and get audio to play from the car speakers?

Had to route the aux cable out for it to get connected to the speakers. Pretty weird
