王OK has a unique style, especially when singing slow songs. She definitely injects a lot of emotions into the songs. There are many styles when it comes to singing, you don't always have to have the longest notes, the highest or widest octave rang, or the loudest, sometimes you just need emotions. And I think 王OK does that really well.
I remember watching this season and never really noticed her until this. Sometimes all it really takes is just one song meant for you for everyone to start noticing you. Especially in such a competition, even if you don't really care to win. The best coach is not necessarily the ones who teach you vocal technicalities, but the one that can simply bring the best out of you no matter how little experience or ability you have. Because from there you'd know what's good for you and what may not suit you so well. All the coaches have more than enough experience and knowledge to coach all these contestant but the one who knows how to pick the right song for the student always stands out. WangFeng has been great at that since he joined the show. I think in all the seasons of this show, at least 5 out of 10 of my top favourite are from his team.
i agree. i feel like up until now, she had chosen such bad songs that didn't do anything for her. they were very dreary and boring songs. absolutely didn't fit her. but even with this song, it still didn't do a good enough job showcasing her talent. she has a youtube and spotify channel and her own selections of songs are so much better at showcasing her.... i especially love her cover of 舞夜森林
多么丰富、深沉、美丽的声音啊！ 她毫不费力的低音让我相信她可以在罕见的（女性）女低音音域中唱出优美的声音--我很想看到她这样做。 What a rich, deep, beautiful voice! Her effortless low notes makes me believe she could sing beautifully in the rare (for a female) contralto range - something I would love to see her do.
Don't know how many times I watch the video, it's so emotional and the ways she sang it was so perfect, there was no hiding she brought a lot of emotion to the stage and that's what made it so believable even for the non Chinese people. Well done, now I'm going to cry 😢

流行歌曲如散文，行散神聚，无须工整，情感线条流畅才是真。人声不是乐器，我认为她的哽咽，气口颠倒和颤声都是真实流露，并不是技术问题。现场表演最难能可贵的就是这样的真情流露，录音棚里反而听不到。王馨的专注成功地将歌曲的神髄留在了这几分钟的舞台，无论名次如何，这是经典的演出。从音乐角度看，她已经迈出成功的第一步。
