I just realised why he mostly gets bad starts - on the start line, he's revving from neutral,when what your supposed to do is, on the grid, shift into 1st, and hold the clutch until lights out. It's also a function that is automated when Launch Control is used.

Do you have a laptop? If so, put the charger in, it will make your fps way better :).
