To me... as long as my phone can stand with this many Gacha Anime Open World or Turn Based or whatever RPG Game... yeah Absolute correct I'll do it, not try but do it
It looks flashy and the cat girl is cute but it has fewer options than Wuwa. I'm drowning in gacha games with Nikke (fav), Blue Archive (less than 5 minutes for dailies) and Wuwa (open world and difficult combat). I might try it out to see how it compares on mobile but I don't see myself sticking around. If the combat is better than the simplistic combat of ZZZ, that's already a win in my book.
indeed, but imo as long as I still have an available space & more for the upcoming update, I guess I'll do it a favor. If it drops me like ToF idk man, kinda sad a bit

@@neeevirus TLDR, I would recommend jumping back into it. You may be able to participate in the second summer event. I get what you mean as I started from launch, people were rioting for good reason and I was one of them. They fixed the issues and have continued to listen to the feedback. As someone who has been trying out every gacha game that interests me, Nikke is the only one that I will not give up. I actually enjoy the fully voiced story (second to FGO) and the fanbase adores the characters. The music is always new/fresh for events, minigames are built with quality, I look forward to the events, the animations keep getting better, there are plenty of options in the meta, co-op is fun, they have started to buff characters that were weak, etc. The game gives plenty of resources (including pity tickets that can be used on any banner) so I feel rich as a F2P compared to other games (especially Genshin/FGO). While I was lucky in BA to get most of the characters I wanted, getting a large roster is natural in Nikke. The gameplay is similar to BA as an idle game but it does take more time for events. There are some areas of improvement that they could work on, such as changing older modes that have been neglected. PVP is a mess as you are competing against veterans and whales. Unions could get more rewards as it is mainly focused on a certain currency. While some of the oldest characters still have censorship, that hasn't happened since the controversy near launch. Overall, it is a great experience if it has what you're looking for in a gacha game. Edit: They have rewards for returning players. They have generous rewards for the seasonal events, which makes it a nice time to jump back in. You can play through the older events that you missed, if you want to experience them in the Commander's room. The 2nd anniversary event is in November so it is something to look forward to.
@@neeevirus I picked NIKKE recently for fanservice, stayed for the story. It's the most fun gacha I've ever played and it really impoves my mood. Writing and characters are amazing. @@TalesOfGodAfter choosing my gachas, it's basically the same as you, but I play WW, BA and Genshin BA is my personal "not going to drop it", the game is too good, the community basically perfect, and they give you plenty of rewards just by being on the game, you're not going to have a hard time to get all your favorite characters/strongest ones Genshin is the famous "I'll not abandon it just because I've already spent too many time", but nowadays I basically hate this game. With the new system I spend 5 minutes or less for dailies, I don't really touch the game unless it's for exploration and trying new favorite characters, when there's no quests to do. And WW is incredibly catching me SO MUCH, I'm playing it a lot those days, every day I make time to train in the Holograms trying to do all of their Difficulty VI (I've done 3 of them already)
For a pre-alpha game looks pretty good honestly, even wuwa's combat drastically changed and improved over their multiple tests. There also seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes (there seems to be elemental interactions, outro skills?, basic atks gain energy for ults?, stun/break bar, limited dodges, etc?) but this was a bad showcase of the mechanics as it instead just focused on the animations of the characters. My issue so far is mostly the targetting and Mint's animations (personally not a fan). Yes it's flashy but in tof you can tone down the visibility of your effects and I assume it'll be a feature here too. I see people say it's clunky, but I'm personally not seeing it (other than the targetting), might have to actually play to know that. The devs have listened and also said they will do some further polishing of the combat too.
Game looks pretty good. Especially that they have some ideas for open world - managing business, buying real estate, cars... At least not just - destroy and grab everything, I have enough of open worlds being like that.
The combat is boring af, vfx or spx looks fine, but for me, they should make the cutscenes to be more dynamic, like darken the background and highlight the effect by lighten it up, like what Wuwa does. That would fit the theme, which is supernatural
It's possible that they will change the background/cutscenes depending on if the character is equipped with their signature weapon like in ToF (same creator)
It looks like Wuthering waves because the combat is fast but it isn’t restrictive to filling up your gimmick and using it I really struggle with bosses because of their interruption resistance and I can’t fill up my forte gauge
Combat in wuwa isn't restricting just to fill up your meter, it's just an extra attack you can do. You're supposed to memorize the bosses attack patterns
Guys think about my comment before defending wuwa example calcharos burst you have to land 5 normal attacks to trigger a death messenger but the second normal attack has a long end lag you will have to dash in it to get the forte and the best calcharo attack pattern is 2 death messenger so it’s impossible for people who don’t know how to remove end lag or you’re fighting a boss and you can’t get these 2 death messengers in 11 seconds(not counting the one you get after using rl)
@@Nobleeding erm... then don't use Calcharo in the first place. He's a pretty hard character to master, with that clunky forte of his to do a special HA.
