If you don't like that he does well then blame the panel of judges (who are usually high level poppers). Better idea, skip his rounds, I bet you won't like them anyway! Win or lose people talk as if he isn't a human being, they critique him as if they are popping champions! I am grateful to any and every dancer who has inspired or entertained me even just once because even if for a minute or 1 second they made my life better and I cannot repay the favor. Thank you Kite and thank you Hoan for both of your contributions to popping!

Freestyle... Every battle person freestyles on any random song and will get down at the highest level if he is getting down... Just because you know hoan that his highest level comes when he knows the song and his level lowers down when he doesn't lol you must be kidding... This year's SDF Popping had the worst vibe ever in its history, with the craziest lineup ever however. No single hyped moment through semi to final. It's because of the DJ? Tired crowd? The event organizers should probably reflect on themselves.
Because of the structure, after Best 6 you end up with 3 people advancing, so the winner of the last Best 6 battle (Kite) gets to choose one previous eliminated dancer to return. Everyone was yelling for him to choose Hoan so he did!
Kite took this for sure. And i think Hoan has come to the point that he has nothing left to prove to anyone, including himself. In my opinion he has one of the most dominant careers in all of popping and im glad to have witnessed and get inspired by him. His musicality and the way he accents music has inspired a lot of us younger dancers. I have a lot of great things to say to Hoan, and i still wish him the best in everything. Hoan is a beaaaast. One of the GOAT, in my opinion
give him 1 more year and he will be back a lot stronger than this u can see that his stamina is way beyond other poppers same popping energy through the whole 3 rounds, strong, powerful, straight popping i bet no one can pop hard like him for such a long time like that his only problem here i think was his creativity, he is still in army so cant blame him that he is less creative than the pass respect to both dancers, they are great friends, no judging just enjoy every moments they are on stage SUPER DOPE BATTLE!

To address the comments about the crowd being dead and the Dj not playing good music... you have to understand that this crowd had already been there since 10am, when this battle took place it was about 10 something at night, and I know this for a fact because I was there and have it time stamped on video. Same goes for the Dj’s, they been playing since 10am, considering that, they played good music all the way to the end. Also, can we just finish watching a battle without deciding that the person who lost is “less than” or “sucks” a battle does not define a dancer.
true. we were at the venu at 9am, battles ended much later than scheduled. Nobu & I both felt the crowd got down at some point, there was more than 300 participants, attendees passed a thousand. all three floors were super packed, it was soo warm damp inside, no wonder the crowd was slow.
