I think the story line is boring. Elizabeth and Nathan's relationship is so boring, when she was with Lucas, they were always doing thing that made it look like a real relationship. Lucas was always doing cute litter jesters with Elizabeth, he also spent time with little Jack he would even baby sit little Jack, but in the new seasons it appears that little Jack never knew Lucas, Little Jack spent a lot of time with Lucas he was even involved with the proposal. Now it appear that Little Jack never knew Lucas which is stupid because they spent a lot of time together also and now all he does is spend time with Mounty Nathan. Nathan needs to do something different his character is so nothing he is so boring.

I hate what happened to this show. The retcon is not working. I fell in love with this series in S1 and couldn’t wait until Sunday nights to continue the story. Now this reversal of characters is just like watching the beginning of the series but all the characters have been made unreal, silly and ridiculous. It all is childish and absurd. The Elizabeth and Nathan storyline cannot compare to the Elizabeth and Lucas storyline. I don’t see Elizabeth and Nathan; I see Erin and Kevin which makes everything unbelievable. I believe the retcon should be retconned back to the beginning when the stories were more exciting and more mature. You have dumbed down the characters to a show that should be on a children’s channel.
