Then they tell only their predefined solutions. Not solve the actual problem. In my case i cant find the django hosting database , django wants admin permission but namecheap don't give you that. So i want it to attach my database to my site. So i ask help to namecheap but thry don't.... But i solve it by my own. With some customization in namecheap hosting. And this problem is actually caused by them..... So i never told them that how i solved that problem.

I don't know the current rules. When I started then I had to request them for 1dt payment. After that the process is automatic.
