I swear no one notices this he just disappeared during the battle I think they did this on purpose because the writers know he would destroy loads so they throw him out, however Jasper would beat felix that’s why they killed Jasper so quick because he would destroy everyone

While that may be true but remember vampires with powers can beat him idk their names but in breaking dawn part 2 the cullens against the voltori theres that 1 vampire that can blind enemies and that other one with electric hands but in just hand to hand combat yeah no doubt felix would dominate.
I never understood why Felix doesn't have a background story with more detail.
I fancied myself (and this is only my own theory) that Felix was a gladiator in central Rome during the Roman Empire, fighting battles against lions and other warriors. And for this rason he was selected by Aro as a physical bodyguard and executioner under Aro's rule , because of Felix's strength and brutality. and loyalty because Aro made him immortal and gave him a new life.

That's a good backstory and makes sense too.
Its a pity that Meyer had such a nice idea to write a story like Twilight and not make the plot more complicated and interesting by giving a background story to the most of the charachters

Felix should've got way more screen time! ☹️ I found him to be the most intimidating and intriguing even if he didn't have any supernatural powers. His character is very intense, the guy just has to look at you and its over lol. He's also the strongest and tallest which makes him stand out. Definitely gave off a mysterious type of vibe that was also strangely alluring. He's unpredictable. Thats why I like him.
Same I was kinda upset that he wasn't shown much during Twilight New Moon, Saga, or Breaking Dawn. Felix definitely deserved more lines and it amazes me how he could take down newborns and other vegetarian vampires so easily. He's so damn huge (he's 6''7) and strong and he reminds me of my bf honestly....😟

In the book he is almost equal but not quiet. Emmett knows he will have to go after him and acknowledges that it may take his life but he will kill the trackers. All to save Bella's daughter, it was really touching. The one that Felix acknowledged as the most dangerous is Jasper. That Athena like strategy power shakes him.

Felix often i feel is an underated character, most people just see him as the bulky tough Volturi guard for his aspect in the movies instead of the Darker sarcastic vampire that we had the privilege to see on the books in his little talking chances. Please do one for Eleazar! or Siohbban.
Technically he does have a gift. It’s called Combat Sense. It’s where you know your opponents next moves, however, a lot of people called it being a good strategist or anticipation

why have I only realized this now? of course Felix is the best fighter- I was thinking he might be a combination of Emmett and Jasper because he strategizes and is very strong-as proven in New Moon. he literally beat Edward! even with his gift, Felix still won. that's just insane 😳

I love what we got in terms of the movie adaptation but after watching these videos it kinda annoys me how much they water down interactions among characters, like Felix came off to me like a completely brain dead muscle head but your telling me he was flirtatious, interested (possibly romantically) in bella and actually had some level of character depth to him besides just being an executioner? like I get it movies have to sell and they had to make Edward look great at every turn so I guess if they showed to much of guys interacting with bella it would look like Edward is out classed or just not sell that "perfect boyfriend image if he allowed that to happen. But still there needed to be more lol.
IKR people think Demetri is the more charming one of the two but that's only because he was given more lines for some reason. In reality it's Felix who's the more charismatic and flirtatious one. I seriously have no idea why they made him so stoic in the films.

Because they never needed them with the supernatural gifts they have. No one could stand in front of Jane if she made the other feel immense pain and if Alec can simply cut off someone's senses he wouldn't ever need to be a skilled fighter to get the other person.

Probably Felix because it's his job to kill vampires no matter who you are. He's got centuries of combat experience and he's physically more powerful than Emmett. So if they were to fight then Felix would win.
People are forgetting that Jasper also has fighting experience in both his human life and newborn life. And newborns are the strongest vampires for a while but even as a vegetarian which is supposed to make you weaker, Jasper still took out most of the newborns in eclipse like they were flies

Honestly Jacob black is the only character who can 1V1 him and win because he (Felix) is probably not used to fighting wolves and in the last book Jacob is described by Sam as the best fighter in the pack.
