Rarest case in the WWTBAM Franchise history when more than one lifeline has been unused after a contestant walks away.
Jiří Horníček is the second of three Czech contestants who reached 640,000 Kč with all 3 lifelines intact, but on the next question worth 1,250,000 Kč, he only used Phone a Friend (however the friend used the internet and found the answer, Augusto Franco, which is not one of the four choices) and decided so quit without using 50:50 or Ask the Audience.
Ladislav Král reached 320,000 Kč with all 3 lifelines intact, and used 50:50 on 640,000 Kč, but on the next question worth 1,250,000 Kč, he decided so quit without using Phone a Friend or Ask the Audience.

He could try at least 50:50, I guess he would know Pedro II. was a king many many years ago.

Though the friend was searching on the Internet he found a wrong answer-Itamar Augusto Franco, who was the president in 1992-1994, in 1990-1992 he was the vicepresident.
An EXTREME question, almost impossible to know.
