bro im from America and I routinely get anxiety, and bad vibes about things that are normalized here, and this is just confirmation that im not crazy and that America is a WILD place. Brothers we love you, stay positive.
Every single one of you is pathetic because it’s actually innocent until proven guilty, it’s crazy how ignorant people can be when accusations could be false until there’s evidence and he’s guilty people are arrested and not convicted because all allegations true and fake get investigated and if your an guy chatting this just hope your not falsely accused one day.
I’m American, but whenever I hear about other people being around guns and experiencing gun violence, its scary to me because I’ve never had this experience growing up. I only see all the crazy stuff on tv. It feels like two different sides of the same country because I’ve never seen a gun, never heard gunshots in my home city/town, and none of my friends or family own guns. But I think this is most likely due to me being from a small city. When I moved to a bigger city for college, I definitely noticed a lot of guns. I heard my first gunshot in that new city freshman year. I was way more cautious and on edge there. Whenever I went back home, I felt more relaxed and not anxious all the time. There tends to be more crime in bigger cities and in the U.S. that means more people strapped.
I had guns around me. Not so much in my home cuz I was raised by a single mother. But outside, all the time. I rap n had many shows where someone got shot or shots were fired
@@cutiepiea3687 not saying people don’t own guns at all where I live. I can only speak for my friends and family. I’m sure that there are people that own guns in my city, but I’ve never seen people showing them off, never heard people shooting outside, etc. Sometimes when I watch the news, the gun related crime that I see in the news is usually of charlotte, NC crime. That’s the closest big city to where I live, which is in a place with less than 7,000 people. We still have crime like any other place tho. It’s just that not every place has crime to the same extent. I don’t want to say my city cause I don’t want to give out my location since we have a low population. This may seem overly cautious since I’m a nobody, but I’d rather not😂 But the city I use to live in for college was Greensboro, NC. I don’t know if I was just in a bad part of the city or what, but that was where I heard my first gunshots. And I heard it many, many times throughout my close to 5 years of being there. Idk maybe my parents sheltered me lol
I’m from Philly but went to University in East London. I remember the first time I saw a traffic violation and saw the driver get out the car, I thought it was getting ready to go down. Being naive, I was like “ how do they enforce the law without a gun😳?” I’ve been overseas for 19 years and will NEVER move back to America cuz their societies are destroyed and they are in denial. Americans are not hospitable and you realize when you travel. You can go to someone’s house and they don’t lay out food and drink for you. It’s not a thing.

@@Tu51ndBl4d3 to what extent did he he mention? He only said he felt they were laughing at the accent and not the joke because they would just repeat what he said in their own accent. I’ll speak for myself and people I know and you do the same.
I feel the same way because even now I want to imitate someone's accent just because I find it interesting whenever I hear a new accent and im not American. I think it's because Americans don't really have an accent they just have their language in comparison with other countries that have a language and an accent.
Word of advice for any non Americans, dont just assume all Americans are from LA, Miami, and Texas. It's a common thing I see expressed by English people when they describe us. The vast majority of American people aren't gun toting, clout obsessed goblins. But people get their pov from the media and all of a sudden are experts on another country's people. This goes both ways Edit: my original wording was admittedly sub par so I'm gonna give more context. The message I was attempting to relay was simply that it's not as dangerous to just exist in the USA as many foreigners think. And there are states that are far less dangerous. I'm not against guns, nor do I believe that a lot of people don't carry them. It was bad wording and that's my fault.
@MrShiftySide For sure man. That’s one of the disadvantages that come with being a global super power that has a culture ( Hollywood and music ) that’s eagerly consumed all over the globe: you are often in the conversation and not always for the better. I’m from Georgia and I agree with Filly about the prevalence of guns. I tend to stick to more low key events as opposed to events that are overly hyped because the hype ones are more likely to get shot up. When I was in high school, I would hear about literal teenage kickbacks getting shot up. People (Americans especially) love to glorify America as if it’s the best place on earth. I’ll agree that a lot of us have the luxury of not worrying about half the problems other countries do, but we’re far from the best. It’s wild out here and just getting worse. I’m moving out the country as soon as I can 😅
I was just having this conversation with my brother. We grew up in North Philly and we’re so desensitized to shootings at this point. But he now makes jokes about it & says he can finally become a rapper 😂 Honestly, I think the violence is just so commonplace we can’t spend all of our mental energy constantly worrying about. I'm an American who grew up with the best of both worlds in between the U.S and U.K. My Great Grandparents on my late Mom's side hailed from the north-eastern U.S specifically UpState Western New York which is a completely different world in comparison to that of downstate N.Y.C now. What I'm trying to say here is, the political landscape to a certain extent is on the other side of the spectrum, they tend to lean towards the right up in those parts unlike downstate N.Y.C which historically speaking has forever leaned left minus the borough of Staten Island which hasn't gone for a left leaning President since the 1960's etc. Anyway that's not the point, my point is UpState New York isn't just full of wineries, breweries and cider orchards now! people are pretty trigger happy up in those parts especially up by the State line with neighbouring Vermont which is considered even more trigger happy, long story short both are considered a hunters paradise. Right wing politicians tend to do well up in those parts primarily as a result of their stance and rhetoric on firearms usage and ownership etc. Even my own Great Grandparents who where both the children of Scottish born immigrants owned firearms that where used primarily for hunting purposes and hunting purposes only, they lived in a rural part of UpState Western New York so it kind of made sense for them to pack a little heat now. Their political beliefs where also on the right but in a more traditional sense of the word if that makes sense now especially given the climate today and what was created almost ten years ago now if you catch my drift. Last year a young woman was shot and killed by a much older man in rural UpState New York up by the State line with Vermont after she mistakenly turned into his drive way whilst searching for a friend's house etc, the shooter has been jailed for a few years I believe. This is the reality in the U.S, blue left wing Liberal States tend to have to very tough measures when it comes to firearms(examples of this would be New York,Illinois, California etc), whereas red right wing Conservative States tend to have very relaxed measures when it comes to firearms, examples of this would be Florida,Texas etc. As a long time viewer and subscriber to Beta Squad, I totally agree with as well as respect Filly's point, he hit the nail on the head! so many truths he dropped there. Every major city and town all throughout the U.S have deep underlying internal problems that need addressing there's no doubt about that, some more than others but in my opinion it's the red right leaning States that have the most issues though, they are the loudest against the Federal government whilst depending on them the most, like seriously you can't make it up.

I feel the same way because even now I want to imitate someone's accent just because I find it interesting whenever I hear a new accent and im not American. while wielding fire arms openly init.
This goes both ways
Edit: my original wording was admittedly sub par so I'm gonna give more context.
It’s a blessing and a curse really. I love my American brothers but even I can’t help exaggerate or stereotype your culture because it’s all happening so far away from me.
Our childhood friend got caught in a crossfire 3 years ago, was shot 14 times and luckily survived. They can bargain something and buy it for even ten times less it's like magic 😂😂😂 We're always so embarrassed when someone quotes a price and a Kenyan mother will mention the lowest price you've ever heard that makes no sense to you and the audacity makes the person with them cringe buh its just amazing.
And yet there are people in England who think their neighborhoods are worse than any of the ones in America. If only they knew how much safer it really is over there.
It's only racists who say that
Lol no one think america is less dangerous
The delulu lol
It's when compared to other advanced European countries, well, those advanced European countries have been destroyed by mass illegal immigration. But yeah, the UK shouldn't be comparing their standards to the US. We are better than that, we should be comparing the Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, etc.
@@Semirouser There is no mass illegal immigration in the EU.
😂😂😂 I’m from Florida and I literally can’t imagine not keeping my gun on me daily
“They not like us” 😂
Yeah, you ain’t!
"I like making friends"
"Okay"
looool why he said okay like that?😂
Lmao bro said Wing Stop is Mid. That’s a wild statement lol
Never taking food advice from mf’s that eat beans inside off a baked potato 😂
Wildly accurate lol
@@antgotguap6951 That's real food. You Americans eat so much added chemicals, you don't even know what food is anymore.
That's probably why UK rap sounds like "Courage is Jack Dunlop, Skidi beep bop bop, horses go clip-clop"
Sounds way better than merican rap
@@hospagaliefNah.😂😂
@@hospagaliefUk rap is fn terrible…our worst rapper in America is 100xs better than y’all.
Man you two are the goats!!! Mad love from Argentina. Keep killing it
I’ve never watched these dude outside of random shorts but the comments are crazy lol let him have it
Just did a road trip from Atlanta to Chicago then down to New Orleans. Atlanta is a good starting place for a road trip and to learn about black civil rights in the US
As an American who routinely goes into health binges and fast food binges, here's what I've found.
1. You eat real food for a while, plenty of fruit, veg, homecooked meals, no processes foods, and not eating out too much, returning to fast food will taste so bad or bland and will probably give you a stomach ache.
2. You start to eat fast food enough, it gets super tasty and addicting.
3. After you've eaten fast food for a while and you try to go back to mostly fruit and veg, you will get a stomach ache again, maybe a headache too. You'll be groggy and the fruit and veg might not taste good.
It truly is wild what the food does to you here
Nobody cares
@@kavid8120 idk, one person liked it that wasn't me or the poster, so probably not necessarily accurate
Yeah we too used to this shit out here we comfortable out here with it but I get what you mean if you’re not from here it might make you uneasy
I respect his honesty. Living in America isn’t easy and as an American I feel bad he didn’t have a great experience here. However I do want to visit the UK
If you do visit make sure it's in the summer when we have the 2 weeks of good weather
Why would you wanna visit that grey depressing country with bland food?
@@VideoSpectator1223 the Uk has a lot of history, and my favorite soccer team is over there. I’m not going for the food at all.
@@EddieRios203 Alright man, I just couldnt imagine living in such a grey rainy dull country
@@VideoSpectator1223 I agree about the depressing grey weather but the food is much better than the US easily. Bland food in the UK especially London is a myth and if you visit and only find bland food you must be eating from the same bin daily
2:00 “was he Jamaican” 😂😂😂
I’m from charlotte North Carolina, watched the whole video and liked it chunkz is a very educated man and I agree with everything they said.
2:13 I have to agree with them, as Americans we are so desensitized to gun violence it’s sad. It’s so normalized in our country that if you’re uncomfortable in that environment we look at you like you’re crazy. As an American I can understand their perspective. This is why I encourage my fellow Americans to explore other cultures, countries and continents.
Chunkz, from an American. The joking on the accent wasn’t to make you guys the butt of the joke it was to show love. Americans look at British accents with prestige, that’s why he was saying you guys had a “cheat code” yall def held your own.
He's way to sensitive
It’s the extremely simple fact that British people just sound better😂 idk how to explain it. They articulate themselves as humans better😂😂😂😂
@@jkjkISHIMehh not most of them, can’t even understand them half the time
@@DoDahhhhhhhhhYeah it's cos he's obese
@@good-tn9sr its the same vice verse-a. its really not hard to understand brits they speak english its not like there speaking a completely different language
I don't disagree, but the fact that ya'll think all we have is fast food shows that you didn't really put any real effort into finding food that isn't processed BS lol.. The fast food does need to go tho, idk how so many entities are still pushing with what we know. Our countrymen are literally poisoning one another... Nonetheless, there is plenty of fresh food and good eats you just gotta know where to look 🤷🏽♂️
No Seriously, it’s not that hard to look up sit in/dine-in resturants chain or local or get suggestions from people
you know there are more dine-in/local food restaurants in the US than fast food ones right?
touchè its like americans thinking people in the UK sit around all day drinking tea
@@lastminutepalastminutepa7308they don’t? Jk I know yall gotta go and stab people too
I heard this from a Spanish person too though so it’s not just Americans.
Thank you. It shows how ignorant they also are. Brit’s talk so much shit then come over here and do the dumbest stuff. “I hate America” went to downtown LA and New York.
If you know the show the Office you’ll understand the humour/social difference between the countries. Americans and Brits humour is so different they needed two versions of the same show because they don’t laugh at the same things.
For real. The US adaptation of everything is always mucho different. There’s the British show cuckoo that became welcome to flatch or something. I’m Belgian and even a movie of ours was made into a US version. Also totally different than the original. Never for the better though, at least from my experience. It’s like a more commercially corporate approved version or something. Designed to offend the least people possible but then becoming inoffensively boring. That’s not a dig ar American tv and comedy though because that’s almost all I consume on a daily basis. I love it so much I’d like to visit.
@@hansmemling2311”never for the better” you couldve left that part out. Y’all are also ignorant and I don’t understand how y’all don’t realize it. Don’t speak on cultural differences then disrespect it.
@@tyreek.6815 Bro I love American entertainment. I don't consume any form of entertainment as much. But you'd have to be blind not to notice that whenever a European show or movie gets a US made version that the US version stinks.
As an American, i went to the gun range once and i was also lookin left right
No worries Filly. There are a lot of Americans not okay with all these guns roaming freely out here. There are also a lot of ghost guns being made which make it worse. I think your accent would be accepted more in ny since there are British people living here. People in ATL don't even like new york accents either 😭
Same feeling for me. I'm from Canada, lived in Miami, have family in Atlanta (Jamaicans/Guyanese). The feeling of being around guns is crazy. I remember being in Atlanta at a wedding, we headed to strip club after, and cousin grabbed something out the trunk to hop in car with us; I'm like we going to Iraq? The scene there is wild, and not a good vibe if you're not used to it.
Imagine coming to America and only eating fast food yall are crazy yall should of ask Kai where to eat or fanum
Exactly what I was thinking. Do they not know restaurants exist?
If that's all you have to say in response to the video, you are sleeping. Missed the whole point lol.
@@khalilgrant6256 That was part of the video...
@@Unknown-fj4gl Coming from somebody who never step foot on USA Soil shut your ass up lol you’re just chatting
@@Unknown-fj4gl That's what the dumb and uneducated think we're known for. American cuisine is diverse and highly regional. From the seafood in Baltimore, New England, and the north Atlantic states, to the different styles of barbecue in the south, to the Asian and Mexican cuisine in California, Texas, etc. lol If you don't agree, you're just wrong.
You guys are what an American would call, supper. Soft and tender, not gonna fight back lmao.
This is a deeply enshrined cultural issue/thing.
As a Canadian I agree with everything they said about America. My sister who used to live there for 6 years refers to the food as "pile on food" lol its all just easy, oily, saucy food stacked on top of eachother
That’s your choices😂 And maybe you’re poor and was in a poor area and that’s all you had😂
Like Canada is better😭
Your Canadian no one cares what you think
@@Relativyright why are u angry babes? If you been to Canada your opinion is valid. If you haven’t you should. My opinion is based on travelling to many times over many years and to all parts. @@hungrychat7304 sure if Brickell Key and Brickell, Miami is considered poor. But even if I poor don’t think that’s a reason to make fun of someone. Save yourself the anger and just don’t click the video
I'm from Houston, Texas. Born and raised. And, I have a love & hate relationship with my country. I'm so tired of the people and the politics here. There is so much I can say that I hate about this country. There is a lot of good as well, but the environment and people are too toxic.
