I really hope that things will get better for you soon, and that you have someone you can talk to about what you're going through. It can really help to get professional help too. For me life can feel miserable sometimes, but then I try to remind myself that things will get better and that I am loved.
@@juniemarin thanks, but i dont know what is going on anymore... in february i got out of a relationship with a narcissistic girlfriend and ever since, she has been targeting me indirectly, she infiltrate my friend groups, she sued me and won, so now i owe her 700 dollars, no matter where i go, she will always bumb into me and our whole relationship, she did nothing but mentally torture me and now she is driving me over the edge, i can't take it, she is making me afraid, but since she doesn't attack me directly, no one can see it... she is honestly making me afraid of girls, i want to go back and date again, but i can't she terrifies me, what is the next one is just as sociopathic?? And the worst part is that she was my first girlfriend.... so i am so scared right now, i just want my heart to stop pounding, i want to die... 😞

If it's necessary, maybe you could try to show them what she's been saying/posting online/doing to you, if you tried to document it. If your friends aren't listening to you, I hope you have someone in your family to talk to. Know that 99% of all girls are nothing like her. This was a very unfortunate first experience of dating for you. There are so many nice and wonderful people out there. Take care!
